Kung Fu idol Bruce Li plays Lee Ting Yi, A Hong Kong taxi driver whose striking resemblance to Bruce Lee catches the eye of one of his passengers who happens to be a movie producer. Lee is quickly thrust into the lime light and becomes a star but things grind to a halt when he is forced to fight in a fixed martial arts tournament.

Bruce Li was the best Bruce Lee Clone ever, he does play the role as Bruce Lee in many Bruceploitation films who pays Tribute To Bruce Lee.

Traveling back to 1978 and enjoy the all out Yuen Clan in best Quality since those days.
Good stuff! Even though the technology wasn't too good back then, the spirit is still there. In today's age, it's quite hard to find. To much CGI and not enough practical effects, and talented actors. There are some, but personally I think the stunt men should get the big rolls. LI, Chan, and, Norris, white, and many more. I think it would be fun if someone took todays modern digital cameras, and did a nice creation in the style of these older flicks. Get some good martial artists, from many styles, and do like a tournament(mma) thing, with a plot. Some super bad underground govt or corporate comes to medle in it or something. Idk. Thank you for all the vids!

The fight choreography in this movie is surprisingly good.
I know this guy since 2012,began to watch Fist of Fury etc...and the guy really looks like Bruce ,same gestures,face.He's strong.
The Master's voice is used on some Wu Tang's(Hip Hop) intros sounds.

After watching this movie on WNEW-TV Metromedia Channel 5 back in the early 80's, I now own it on Blu-ray. And guess what? It's not Edited For Television By Larry Bensky.

70's movie. Description points out the general theme of the movie. Inside info to format & names. 1st 19 minutes are mainly business and drama. Lee Ting Yi then goes in to action. By 39 minute mark kung fu action kicks in full force fighting (Lee Hoi San). Lee is able to attack his teacher (Shaw Bros star Ku Feng) anytime he wants and does, After hooking up with a french actress Lee goes on tour all over the world starting with a kung fu school and (Kong Do), a fight on a ski slope, hotel attack, and even a picnic attack by thugs (Peter Chan). Lee's girlfriend "Sow Chun" is kidnapped while that tournament in description is actually just a boxing ring fight against a man in Chicago. Mr Loam (Lau Dan) is the man working for the wild card Miss Mary. Movie has a fairly even mix of fighting and drama to carry the story line to its ultimate finish. NOTE: Currently Wu Tang Collection also presents this movie with SPANISH SUBTITLES for those who prefer it that way.

The real Bruce Lee's jumpsuit was Orange/ black stripes . The so called clone is wearing Yellow/ black stripes. If you didn't get the clothes right, how could we ever expect him to perform like the Dragon.......btw this guy gets hit way too much for my liking. Only one Bruce Lee.
It's not the clothes that make it,the person, further more the whole getting hit alot is more realistic and reasonable then the untouchable now em down fight scenes in Bruce Lee's movies
