What's that, you watch said old man paint terrible pictures of dogs in the buff while you sit on his stained bedbug infested cot.
An excellent social commentary about the exploitative nature of capitalism, and finding our humanity again in an age of unending technological nightmare. AA is a genius.

I need to vent somewhere, sorry in advance. Sims 3 wishes was so much better than Sims 4 wants and fear. The best would be sims 2, but the fact that Sims 4 forbid me from choosing my own wants and force me fears that is essentially a coin toss to overcome is soo annoying. I know I can turn it off, but without the wishes system, what am I going to work towards when there’s a massive gap of space to my next Aspiration objective? Also, how they choose the wants is atrocious. In other sims game it makes sense that I never bat an eye, and if it didn’t I could just change it or ignore it. In 4 the moment they like a certain music genre they instantly want to hear it and now every home I ever made had to have at least a speaker. God, how did they make such a bad move.
3 was better due to intentional decisions by Electronic Arts, the owner of the franchise. EA decided to blatantly strip out game features and sell them as add-ons, and then add a WHOLE pile of expensive DLC on top of that. It's ridiculous. They bungled it up so much, that Paradox is going to be publishing a The Sims competitor game. They picked up the crown from the Sim City franchise when EA screwed that up in 2013, hopefully they'll do the same for The Sims.
I just wish I could get Sims 3 to run competently with the content available for it. It becomes super laggy if you add all expansions, nevermind a story progression mod like NRAAS.
I find that roof panels and turbines are usually the best, cause I'm 99% sure those can't break or get dirty, since you can put them on the roof where your sims can't access them. I think they're a bit more expensive, but not having to repair or clean them saves so much time
I did a two month stint in rehab with your sim. dude had a suprisingly similar story, the babysitting and fighting, the painting and solar panels, its uncanny

And well, you can run a furniture store. You could even play the game without buy mode, cause you can place / move stuff from your inventory...

@@daniellee4003 I disagree, I play stellaris (a paradox space-strategy game) and they have some medicore DLC's sure but I've nabbed all the good ones on Steam for sale at only a few bucks each. EA has never in all my years sold their $1000 worth of SIMs 4 DLCs at a rate worth buying even on Steam, and that makes a huge difference IMO. Sales matter, because I don't buy games new. Steam is a godsend for the modern day cheap-ass gamer.

I mean, Mayor Whiskers has always been a down-to-earth, for-the-people kind of mayor, but taking the time out to visit the establishment of a struggling and impoverished newcomer to the area is downright neighborly.
If there's two things that hold true about millennials are that we can set our bar pretty low just to socialize with others and to spend as little as possible just to make ends meet, kudos to all my millennials out there, stay strong.

Things that could've kept the bills down: - Bill reduction decor. This includes various varieties of grass flooring, sand flooring, a strange sort of sand wallpaper(?), one specific hexagonal wood flooring, two specific types of wood siding, funky looking support beams, actual steel beam support beams, and thatch roofs. These are all from Eco Lifestyle, though I think one or two exceptions might be the sand flooring, which I think might be from the basegame, and the thatch roofs, which I'm pretty sure _are_ from the basegame. - The Off-The-Grid lot challenge, which should do fine with all those dew/rain collectors and solar panels you installed (I wonder why you didn't use windmills so much. Are they less effective?). Candles can help prevent power use and specific plumbing must also be used with this Off-The-Grid lot challenge. Also, the roof mounted varieties of solar panels and windmills don't require maintenance.
"And then I hired a barista, to work the counter, and serve delicious Italian pastries to the patrons. Who were still fighting. Despite my expensive offerings of custard." The cadence combined with the erratic Italian music and judgmental AA face is potent, sweet Jesus.
While most city easements extend beyond a sidewalk closest to house, most American homeowners pay taxes out 'til the middle of the road. Food for thought, just being difficult. Love the channel, thanks man!

Sims 4 makes it way to easy to start from nothing. Forage a little, buy some easels, start an art club, sell paintings in yard sale at 300%. No real hard gameplay. That said, thanks for the video. It’s always fun to see new ways in an entertaining manner. Always funny and fun to watch.
This was fun to watch, I'd love to see something like this but with a goal in mind like 10 million dollars or something, could be fun to do and maybe every 5 minutes you have to do some challenge or something to make you really hurry and get money as fast as possible before you get ruined by the challenges

I love these Sims challenges. I have 4 but have only played it like once. Sims 3 was so much better.
The mix of painting any textures you like and an open world is just unbeatable. If only the 64bit OSX version was ported to windows/Linux x86-64. :/

This was fun to watch, I'd love to see something like this but with a goal in mind like 10 million dollars or something, could be fun to do and maybe every 5 minutes you have to do some challenge or something to make you really hurry and get money as fast as possible before you get ruined by the challenges
