Hi, I can't remember for certain but I think the lights on the button still lit up even when the seat didn't heat up. Good luck getting yours working. Let me know if it's the same fault. Thanks for your comment 🙂

Did your heated seat button light up even when the seat wasn’t working? Mine lights up but no heat.
