Oh man girl I feel you. When I was 25, my bf of 5 years and I broke up. And we were a Covid breakup so that was tough… that same year I finally moved out of my parents, got myself out of 15k debt and truly processed the break up alone. And really had to think about what truly makes me happy. I’m turning 28 this month and I am the best I’ve been, ever. And I just can’t wait to see where life takes me from here. i went through the same thing last summer, finally breaking up w my ex and focusing on myself and learning so much more about myself. Everything i wanted came to me in the fall, i worked and allowed to open myself more, mentally and physically. i’ve been a sub for so long i mean from the start and seeing you right now you’re glowing and i love your diary post on instagram. it helped me to start writing in a diary and just talk about my life. you’re one my inspirations to start taking on life!

Thankful for this Vivian. I believe in privacy too. I went through a breakup too and it was so damn hard especially if people knew your business and did not respect it at all. Especially gossiping hurts like hell. Your video just made me cry bc I realize I’ve been repressing a lot of my healing so now I will try and shift the focus back to myself. Everyone’s healing journey is different. It’s important to keep moving forward.

I do want to point out that not everyone has the luxury of doing all the things that you did like traveling, selling your house, moving, etc. so while putting yourself first is extremely important changes do not always come from these extravagant things. While you did not explicitly say that, I think it is important to point out that if you’re struggling don’t think you have to change your life like this to become a new you.

I have been going through a similar journey as you, feeling such a long slump and not sure if true happiness is possible. I have kept myself in a cycle of bad thoughts and bad habits because I was feeling complacent even with all the big life changes that was occurring.

Of course I still deal with anxiety, and depression, but like you said, there are more sunsets now. There is so much good to be seen and to focus on. I was really fortunate to actually meet you in person the ave and I still have the pictures we took together. A lot of things you said resonated with me, like when you were in the bathtub and towards the end of the video. This is a pleasant, refreshing video. Honestly I’ve never really followed you although you were always on my feed and knew who you were, you seem way more down to earth and real here. Like you’re not trying too hard to be something here, just you. That resonates way more with me and a lot of other people. It’s refreshing. I hope you continue to grow in this way!! P.S. def staay off birth control and just journal your ovulation cycles, been off birth control for years now and I feel much more clarity physically, emotionally, physically. All around happier. So happy for the growth and change and the person that you’re becoming. You’ve really shed light on the importance of putting yourself forward and seeing that coming from an influencer is incredible. I do want to point out that not everyone has the luxury of doing all the things that you did like traveling, selling your house, moving, etc. so while putting yourself first is extremely important changes do not always come from these extravagant things. While you did not explicitly say that, I think it is important to point out that if you’re struggling don’t think you have to change your life like this to become a new you.

I need to to hear this, I lost my kitty recently. He was like my child, I worked to feed both of us now it feels empty. Went through a breakup, losing several family members over the past year and yet my cat gave me peace and comfort, it's crazy how a pet changes our world. Still sad 😔 You have always given me inspirations and aspirations!
