The difference is, when we as men are bored we have no problem with just laying on the couch and zoning into fantasyland but when women are bored, they have to get active - annoy you, trying to talk you into some sort of activity like Bill stated, ect.....
Most women don't make the effort to suggest activities that both parties would actually enjoy. It seems they assume that men will go along with their suggestions if those men want to continue to receive sex.
