This part with the soft, emotional piano version of the normally epic part, feels like it represents the destruction of Eren's innocence and ignorance. The world beyond the walls is not what he imagined. A world with a blank slate, where he could finally just live happily with those he cares about. Reality sit in. The enemies were not Titans but human beings, and those who sought to destroy him and everyone else he cared about. Your editing only uses clips from the show, but it's done quite effectively here as we see a young, innocent Eren running around his older, broken self.
