Just finished rigging my character following AOER2, and now I just created the solo bone collection buttons in Rig UI using that line of python! Thanks, Pierrick. The rig is an absolute joy to work with!
Could you give me some tips on how to transition from walk to run and combining other actions without the nla editor in blender, or do i really have to use the nla editor
Hey i am new to your channel i recently bought your alive course . now planning to buy the AOER-2 i saw your vfx course as well it is not as advanced as alive and AOER-2 is there any other source to learn vfx or i think you should have a full combo course where you teach everything to make a proper short movie .

I just finished your The Art of Effective Rigging 2 Course and i was wondering if you have an idea how to rig wings, like form a dragon for example. And thanks a lot for this amazing course, def recommend it to anyone wanting to learn about rigging!
They did a lot of slick stuff in this build. Definitely looking forward to updating to 4.2 when I get a sec. Its cool animation layers is now a thing that is in 4.2 as well. P, any additional advice on adapting the super rigs from the new course without breaking mechs and such? I checked out the crimson ronin adaptation chapter in AOER 1 as well on your thoughts in that. Sometimes I just get weird scaling after adjusting in edit mode. Unsure if it is better to pivot rotate all bones in ORG layer as an example or unlock all layers regarding that appendage and rotate that instead. (Maybe just experimentation) Really great courses Pierrick puts out def worth every bit of time learning it.
Most of the time it's the stretch to constraint. Whenever you change the size of a bone in edit mode, you then have to reset the stretch to constraint length by clickin gthe little cross
I generated a Rigify Human Meta-Rigs using Blender 4.2 and selected the index finger bone, in Pose Mode I went to Bone Properties and then Rigify Type, changed the Bend Rotation Axis option to X Manual, then went to the Rigify top menu, in the 3D viewport , and selected the Mirror Type & Parameters option. When I clicked on this option, a Python error warning appeared.
Hi there, I'm just starting out with Blender and 2D/3D animations. I've been wondering something that's been really bothering me. Is it possible to achieve the same level of smoothness in Blender animations as you can with Cinema 4D or After Effects? I've noticed in some animes and animations that the movement feels a bit off, not as fluid as I'd like. Other software seems to produce much more natural-looking animations. What could be causing this difference with Blender?

It's just a matter of style, it's absolutely not some Blender tool or limitation.

does anyone know what happened to the camera rig add on? I have 4.2 and it seems to not pop up anymore. not sure if it's a bug or if they took it out?

AI is just a tool and it's here. Just learn what you want because you want to progress.
