A thousand years | Hazel & Augustus (For Lulu)

Hello -again-! Two videos in a row, yay! So, I freaked out the other day when the new tfios' footage went out. This movie is going to be so extremely perfect that I willl need thousand and thousand of tissues :,) I HAD to vid these two again and listening to playlists this song came up and I couldn't help but relate it to them:) I hope you like this and I'll upload a new video soon!
P.s, this video is dedicatd to a friend who loves TFIOS as much as I do and whose birthday was a few days ago :)

I think the saddest thing about TFIOS is that they were ordinary people. Hazel didn't have magical powers, Gus didn't have a dark past. It wasn't some huge epic battle that stole Augustus; it was something real and that is one of the most tragic things in this story. Beautiful video.

You are absolutely right, I also think that what hurts the most is that the story shows the process of how Gus changes, it hurts so much to see how he goes from being Augustus to Gus (I love that theory about the name!) Thanks for watching and the comment!

gus will never be forgotten…he doesn't need to worry about oblivion because all of us love his character to much to just forget :)

This song fit the video perfectly. Augustus gave Hazel a perfect forever in the short time that they had together. When I first saw the movie it made me laugh and cry, he opened up her heart and she accepted the love. His death got to me because even though his character is fictional it's one that nobody can forget.
