- I've been meditating for the last 30 years on and off. I share my insights in this video.
Meditation allows you to come to a one point perspective, this is the Oneness and All perspective. I explain why it helps to calm your anxieties and ground yourself in your body. It is not necessary to meditate everyday nor for the rest of your life, use it until it serves its purpose. Use it for self discovery, calm your thoughts, increase concentration etc, once you have achieved your goal, you can stop or choose another goal to reap more benefits. Use meditation also to connect your inner and outer worlds that helps you to connect to your purpose. This further helps you to live more authentically as you come into a state of allowing.
