I got my period at the airport last Wednesday too 😂😂😂
I’m only excited when I get my period before a vacation because then during the vacation I won’t have it 😂

Whats crazy is that this has happened to me twice- the first time was literally my first period and the second was horrible because it was before a 5 day trip to a tropical water resort 💀
I just got mine after being two days late (I am young but my periods are mainly regular but the most I have ever been late was 1 day) but I am so happy because I don’t like tampons and I swim a lot and I had the perfect time to get it because I was doing was swimming once and going to a theme park and if I was four days late I would have had to go swimming a bunch so I am really happy because I will only have to you a tampon once
Omg I when to a trampoline park and the bathroom had tampons with a paper aplucaters so unsanitary and the pads where in plastic bags. go to the place it is called flyer trampoline park in New York long island

Inserting a tampon for the first time can be intimidating, but with practice and patience, it becomes easier. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to insert a tampon:
1.Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the tampon.
2. Unwrap the tampon from its packaging carefully.
3. Find a comfortable position: You can either sit on the toilet with your knees apart or stand with one foot elevated (e.g., resting on the edge of bathtub).
4.Hold the applicator at its midpoint using your thumb and middle finger; ensure that both strings are hanging down.
5 .Use Your Other Hand To Gently Spread The Labia : Use clean fingers to gently spread open labial folds around vaginal opening
6.Insertion Of Tampons Applicator : With gentle pressure ,insert rounded tip of applicator into vagina aiming towards lower back until fingers touch body .
7.Push The Inner Tube Into Outer Tube Push inner tube by pushing up outer tube ; this will release cotton part inside you
8.Remove Both Tubes Carefully - Once inserted correctly pull out tubes leaving string outside as indicator
9.Adjust Position If Needed- Make sure string is visible outside & feel comfortable if not adjust slightly till feels right
Remember that relaxation is key during insertion process so take deep breaths in between steps ! It may require some trial-and-error initially but don’t worry - practice makes perfect!
