- There is much talk about suffering in the body of Christ but what is biblical suffering? Is it suffering from sickness, disease, or even loved ones dying? Or is it something else entirely?

Thank you for this teaching. It is something I knew from the Holy Spirit in my spirit but you have it all completely explained by the scriptures. I appreciate you doing this study and teaching it out to myself and others. It is very important for the body of Christ to know that it is always God’s will to heal and that sickness and poverty are under the curse and that suffering is persecution for the Word’s sake of for Christ’s name. This woman is speaking dangerous falsehoods. God does permit sickness and He also uses it to His glory. If you believe her you will be living in constant self condemnation for not having strong enough faith. Just seek the Lord and ask Him to hold you, teach you and bless you with a deeper, sweeter relationship with Him. Please keep studying your Bible, testing people's teaching against the Scriptures and seeking spiritual growth, not emotional experience that fades again! I got Covid at Christmas time 2024 and my stomach was severely wrecked for 4 months…. I lost so much weight it was pure hell. I was praying and waiting to be delivered through the storm and I am finally better ! Praise God he is FAITHFUL!!!❤❤❤ I pray for your healing quickly in Jesus name ❤

I am happy to hear this teaching as I know we need not to except sickness desease, but I am sorry to say that many if not most of my brothers and sisters in Christ go running to doctors like non Christians and take medication etc for their sicknesses that they have accepted. There is no one that I know of, as myself who believe in health and healing by Jesus only. How can I prayer over Christians for their healing if they do not believe ? Can we have authority over illnesses and sicknesses in Christians that doubt? Or non Christians?

Try castor oil on your eyes if you haven’t had surgery already. Some people put one drop in each eye others just apply topically (eye lids/lashes) at bedtime.
She probably had surgery or wearing contacts. If she'd been miraculously healed , she would have told us. Praise the Lord for the dr's and surgeons God uses here on earth, too.
Cataract surgery is not bad. Just ask for sedation during it. It does not hurt at all. You will be able to see much better!!

I am from the Philippines and it's great to hear you mentioning the Philippines in your testimonies.
You see nowadays, there is too much extremism when it comes to teaching on healing and deliverance. It's actually been used and still being used to make pastors of some denominations rich and live beyond how a minister of God should live. To a point where they're being scrutinized and criticized by unbelivers of the kind of lifestyle they have.
Healing and deliverance nowadays have been associated with false teachings by other christians because of this. That's probably why most christians are not getting into this truth because of fear of getting into false teachings.
I just feel sad that these truth are not enjoyed by most of us because of these extremism or whatever it can be called.😢
What can you advise us?
How will we know the difference from what the Bible really teaches about healing and deliverance against the false teaching that is circulating worldwide?
How do we balance between extremism and truth from the Word of God?
I know exactly what you are saying. Ive thought the same myself. We must diligently ask the Holy Spirit these questions. He will lead and guide us into all truth. John 16:13
We can hear Him for ourselves
We must believe His Word and that He did die for and paid for our sins and also for our sicknesses and peace and poverty. He also rose again to give us His kind of Love, joy, peace! The extra money we make should go to helping others and telling them how to be freed from the enemy by being saved through Jesus Christ's sacrifice on the cross. That He shed His precious blood for us so we would not have too. We should not spend all on ourselves but be givers out of a heart of love and compassion as Jesus did.
Peter said, "silver, and gold have I none, but such as I have I give to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk."
Acts 3:6
He didn't need money to show God's love and mercy he needed to give him what was inside him; Jesus.❤

This was SO powerful, I recently found your channel and I've been binge-watching. What happens when you're suffering because of circumstances outside of you? I have a loved one that was diagnosed with schizophrenia out of the blue. That condition comes with so much oppression for the person suffering from it and their loved ones. And it can completely change a person's personality so reason flies out the window. How are Christians supposed to navigate suffering caused by circumstances outside of themselves that involve the will of a loved one? Can you still pray in authority if the loved one is a parent struggling with mental illness? Please help and God bless you.

We suffer bad attitudes against us, lies against us, we overcome evil by doing good, we totally die to self interest etc. so we suffer when persecuted , to love when pressed to hate, Gods people suffer martyrdom, actually revelation says He waits for the rest of the martyr to come in. Standing for the Lord to not be like the world in attitude is suffering to die to self.

Hello Thelma, thank you for the question. It's not that as Christians we will never face sickness. Everyone will face sickness at some point in life, just like we all face the temptation to sin. What becomes very dangerous is when we start to believe sickness comes from God.
The verse in Galatians lets you know Paul was sick and they took care of him and verse in Timothy he is giving a natural remedy to someone’s sickness. Those verses aren’t saying God is the one that caused the sickness. It seems to be an insight into what they were fighting at the time.
Many Christians today believe that when the Bible talks about suffering that has to do with believers being afflicted with sickness but the true suffering the early church endured was persecution from others. God has promises all throughout His Word to help us fight and overcome sickness and walk in health.

The church I’ve been going to says to offer up our suffering and join it to Christ’s suffering on the cross? 🤷♀️ any thoughts on this?
Usually when people talk about suffering with Christ they get into receiving sickness and mental torment. Those things are not from God and we should never receive them. In Isaiah 53 it says that Jesus took our griefs and sorrow upon himself. That was the whole point of Him going to the cross to remove those things from us. Biblical suffering would be getting into persecution and opposition from other people for the preaching the gospel.

What about when healing doesn’t come no matter who prays for me or me praying for myself. I believe and trying to more and more that we as Christian’s don’t have to live with sickness but it’s not changing anything. What can I do to get healing? Please thoughts on fasting and growing closer to God through fasting over Lent;I feel that there will be hardship experienced for a longer period of fasting (spiritual warfare ) however is this not how we are to grow closer to The Lord over the lent period?

The Church also does not want you/ us to know or understand… “personal responsibility” in one’s life. We all should learn to control what we “can” control and not obsess over things, events and circumstances… that are NOT under our control. When 1 truly understands this… life becomes a walk in the Park. The mind becomes quiet & and one can focus on thoughts and ideas that bring 1 closer to GOD and everything else on this planet, that the Universe sprang forth 😊
I agree with her when she said "I personally believe that every person needs to have a certain amount of deliverance" from demons of doubt and fear! And when a Christian backslides and falls into sin such as adultery even, it's demonic oppression/attachment. When they repent and come back to God thinking "how could I have done such a thing?" It must be demonic!
What about Paul who prayed thrice but God said my grace is sufficient for you?

I have a question. I realize that you’re talking about terminal illness, but today I have a cold. I started feeling sick yesterday and I tried not to claim it. I spoke healing and healing scriptures, but I am sick and I’m taking antibiotics. I know I won’t die, but what do you recommend in a situation like this?

When Peter's mother-law had a fever he touched her hand and it left. God hates sickness. We should resist sickness as much as we do sin. The price has already been payed. It's a gift.😊
What do you mean by "getting it under the blood"? Do you mean once we ask forgiveness the Lord covers it? So it's not covered until we repent after every sin? What if we do something sinful and not aware of it and don't repent?
1john 1:9 is getting it under the blood repent. The Lord will never leave us in the dark. He will lead us into all truth if we continue to follow him not man.

[10] Yet it was the Lord’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the Lord makes his life an offering for sin, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the Lord will prosper in his hand.
There are many Scriptures that say we will suffer and GOD does afdlict us. We cant get to the age to come unless we suffer. The Lord tells us in John that anyone who tries to enter any way other than the gate is a robber and thief.. Many of yall say God wants us to thrive and do well but that is after going through sufferings for His sake. You can rationlaize it but you may be in a delusion He put you in as He does place ppl who believe other than what He teaches, in a deciving spirit on them or a delusion by handing them over to our beliefs. He says to sell your house and lal your belongings, give it to the poor and pick up your cross of sufferings.
The Lord does afdlictbus to go from glory to glory through our faith. Our faith has to be excersized.
We are in fact supposed to not have anything. In the Beatitudes and Lazarus and the rich man that we are not supposed to have more than neccesaary, we only get one good life. No where do the disciples and our Lord and Savior show us that we should have a physical home or material things, we are not even supoosed to eat in public. You are not fooling our Lord. And God does in fact discipline us through affliction. We are so our mind thinks and He blesses the wicked and rightrous and He warns us of false teachings such as this and He tells us about women not preaching .
You mention David committing adultery but failed to mention God taking His child's life for doing so. God killed and punished and disciplined many throughout Scripture and no not because He wnated to but for disobedience. You are doing what Apostle Paul calls "preaching a gospel other than the one they preached". Go repent because you are going at a rate where you are on your way to hell.

I have a question…what about Jesus saying about the blind man that he was blind for the glory of God? John 9:3?
He was saying that the healing will glorify God, not the sickness

⚠️One honest question: Why did all the apostles, except John, have to suffer horrible death...even the greates of all men, John the Baptist, was beheaded when Jesus was doing His ministry ⁉️What about the prosecution of the church all over the world right now, something doesn't add up here...
That's what she is talking about. The suffering is we will be persecuted. Jesus said that. But we don't suffer illness for God's glory. He only got glory when someone was healed.
What about the blind man about him Jesus said to his disiples that his illness wasn't because his parents sinned, but for the works of God to be displayed in him?
Just because God wanted display His works by healing a man doesn’t mean He caused the blindness. It would be cruel to put sickness on a person to remove it.
What do we do when people go to witchcraft for us

Hello Debbie, that is a question a lot of people have. I would really encourage you to dig into the context of 2 Corinthians 12 and specifically the chapter before.
“7 Because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations, for this reason, to keep me from exalting myself, there was given me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to [b]torment me-to keep me from exalting myself! 8 Concerning this I implored the Lord three times that it might leave me. 9 And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast [c]about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. 10 Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with [d]insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong.”
You can see even with only the context of the paragraph surrounding the “thorn in the flesh” verse, Paul ends his thought by telling you he has been suffering insults and persecutions. He doesn’t mention sickness at all.
And if you read chapter 11 it seems that Paul is trying to untangle the mess caused by false apostles and people speaking lies and deceit against him which goes right along with the message of him facing persecution, not dealing with a sickness.
Wow, this has been taught so many times. It's ingrained in me to look at it from that perspective... I need God to open my eyes... I just heard this preached again by a famous preacher...

And May I be so bold as to add, if you look up thorn in the Old Testament. Thorn in the flesh was used of persons like we might call someone a pain in the neck. That too would indicate persecution from people not an illness.
Paul himself said that it's a messenger from Satan. Can a messenger from Satan be sickness??

As a radically saved new Christian, I then suffered a physical illness and questioned in prayer, the Holy Spirit immediately showed me that such things "never touched Jesus," he was never sick or experienced an "accident" and therefore it was not intended for me. Being like Christ includes being impervious to satan's attacks.

Jesus is coming soon. The almost funny thing about that statement is that… people have been saying that for 2023 years. At what point do we look at how horrible our humanity is, here on Earth … even after all that the Lord has showed us? When do we “maybe” start thinking, that Jesus is thinking “humans are hopeless… even, after all my teachings. I’m not returning to them!” I’m just saying …. If your spouse didn’t come home for dinner, for 2000 years… at what point do you at least “consider” maybe they are NOT coming back 😢?
Jesus died for mankind and many are walking closely with God. I admonish you to be counted amongst those who do.
He is Faithful He is nothing like us. Just what you say here alone the defeat the disappointment the unbelief that pours out. Our timing is not His timing. Time itself is something I believe we suffer. I know for myself in this season particularly the passage of time has really hit hard for many reasons. Not only those we say goodbye to for now but for the time we can’t get back with those we love who we know we need to let go of and move forward from. Oh how much more does Gods heart grieve for those hearts that wander that grow cold that He so patiently waits for. We can’t understand such a love as this. It’s only because of the love of Christ. God His spirit His Goodness His Great love for us humans that brings me back every time. His love that wakes me up to another opportunity to love someone better then I did the day before.
Don’t grow cold. Because you don’t understand because we have this limited view . This limited perspective don’t let your heart grow calloused and cold.
I hear His voice everyday. I see His heart at work in mine. Truly it’s more beautiful then anything I can put in words. He is the Word and I will strike a blow to my flesh where nothing good dwells and I will praise Him so as long as He gives me breath. I will Praise Him when I wake up in His likeness.
Its ok to have these moments to be honest of heart and these thoughts…. But to allow them to rule over you to turn you away to make fun or mock or undermine others who have excitement in the bigger picture clinging to and abiding in Gods every Word.
Have you not then become just another pawn of the evil of this world that you are so disappointed and disheartened in.

If it wasn’t the Word of God and the Holy Spirit ruling and reigning in my heart this would’ve been written very differently. Be humble. Crucify the flesh. A broken contrite heart He will not despise.
Who do you choose to trust? Precious Jesus who is True to His Word, or Satan who has tempted you into doubting King Jesus? Choose and commit wisely. John 14:1-3 Jesus said He will come again.
Be strong in the Holy Spirit of the Lord Jesus. Be comforted and encouraged in His Word.
Or when do we come to the conclusion He already came like He said He would during the lifetime of those He spoke directly to? When do we realize much of our his-story is a lie. Even archaeologists know 500-700 years were added to our timeline (see catastrophe and calamity lecture). I personally think we are in the short/little season of Rev 20:7. Time of deception after Satan is released.
He WILL come back. I am sorry for your suffering. But He loves everyone so much He will give those who have not received Him as their saviour yet some more time to do it.
