The problem one is Vertical line on the screen of the D 400 and two is picture freezing on LG. My question is that, after cutting the vgh and vgl from the DC/DC ic, where did those voltage come from respectively? Second, did you use 1k ohms ( 2 of it) ?

He did not cut vgh and vgl. They arr always there with constant voltage thats the testpoints where he soldered the cable to. What he disconnected fron the ic was the switching voltage. You can search for lc1 lc2 bypass on youtube to find other videos on it.

I think something like this has happened here, that's why VGL and VGH voltage supply is going up and down. So alternatively VGH and VGL voltage had to be supplied by the resistor.
