WW is going good but I'm focusing on clean eating now so I'm not counting points as much. We've done the low-fat, portion control and now clean eating emeal plans and they would all work for weight loss...it just depends on what you're comfortable eating.

He already liked some veggies but with new ones I just cooked them up real good and asked him to at least try it. Most of the time he's hooked after tasting them.
