Michelle, everything is beautiful the way it is. The black coordinates with everything in your living area. I would leave it just the way it is. To me it helps those pops of gold decor stand out more. Beautiful setup.

I love everything how it is. I wouldn't paint the lanterns; they're beautiful in black, but make the changes according to your taste.

Maybe paint the lanters gold, paint the table left of the chair black, leave the sofa table as it is. That would tie the two tables together and the white chairs pop. It is beautiful the way it is now.

Your living room is beautiful. I would leave the shelves black because it coordinates with your theme colors.
I would paint the cabinet a cream color not stark white.
