@@eyesackEfBoE …eh, maybe your ears work weirder then mine. The only song that “Amalgam” ’s has a leitmotif of is “Enemy Approaching”, which like many songs in the soundtrack, has its leitmotif featured in “Bring It In, Guys!”
This should be an theme where You did Genocide in the Ruins and in snowdin but Spared Papyrus so its not just a Normal Neutral run then its half geno and the battles will be the same if you spared Papyrus because when you do Genocide then its not gonna be stoped
I think something like that actually happens with the fun value. I saw something about this similar on Reddit. But the chances of getting slowed down waterfall theme (not genocide) is extremely low.
I'm not really sure why, but when I hear the song like this, it takes on this sort of dire tone. I imagine a town set ablaze by a conqeror, as people scream and shout as they try to put out the flames. The town's lone defender is unable to stop the fire herself, but she can still stand up to the one who set it. The heat saps her strength as she struggles to maintain a fighting stance.
