  • Episode 200! What an honour it is to bring this special episode to you with the inspiring Ellidy Pullin where there are tears, laughter, rawness, and lightness. Ellidy lost her partner and soulmate a few years back, Alex Chumpy Pullin. I had the absolute privilege of being a mate of his and supporting some of his training sessions, so it only felt right that this was episode 200.
Ellidy, you are shining your abundant light so brightly, thank you for your openness, vulnerability, and for being you!

Before my Mum died (sudden acute pancreatitis) she had a cup of camomile tea to alleviate the pain before heading to the hospital, and I remember one of the doctor's saying something to the effect of that the camomile tea exacerbated her condition; to this day (12 years later) both my sister and I cannot being ourselves to drink camomile. Anyway, absolutely beautiful interview. Ellidy is amazing 💛🤍
