Hi, I am looking at Ikea dishwashers that match my Ikea kitchen. Which one do you have? How long have you had it? Is it working well for you? Do you recommend it? Thanks
This video is useful, but it would be A MILLION TIMES BETTER to see exactly how it is done. I tried it and for some reason the screws on the bottom are not always visible. There is like only one position where they are visible and not the easiest to unscrew. Then the other part of the panel... well not so easy I would appreciate a demo for dummies. Thanks!
Hi Alexandra. I am to busy now for a video. To remove the frontpanel is trough one of the two holes (0n each side). One hole is for a closed door and on hole is for a partly opened door. In my case: I have to open the door partly (and look when screw is visible through the hole) and remove the two screws. Sliding the frontpanel out of the door out is real easy
I agree, this really doesn't help much, so I did the rest on guesswork, as didn't see how it went back on. I took mine off easy enough and now can get the damn thing to stay open - whish I hadn't started!
Hi Rob. Thanks for this. Can you tell me how to fit a new lower door seal? Do you need to take the door off? Have tried tried contacting both Zanussi and Ikea for help, but no joy. Thanks a lot.
How are you so lucky not to have the steam vent at the top of the dishwasher... in fact I don't see where the vent is on your model. Maybe the bottom? Since my vent is at the top it has warped my kitchen counter and swollen the top of the white cabinet/cover. The only thing I can think to do is block off the steam vent and wash only on air dry settings from now on. I think the dishwasher model is a Whirlpool
Hi, I recon you can use any screw that matches the thred, just check the head on the screw on the other side of the door it wouldn't have to be a star head just Phillips or flat.
Thank you for your reply. The head on the screw for the other side does have a star head but wondered if I could use a pozi or slot head as you've confirmed.
Thanks. I needed a T20 Torx wrench to get mine off, which many people wouldn't have lying around
Thanks!
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, from Belgium
Спасибо себе хороший человек! Thank you very mach! From Russia

Sorry Peter, can't help you with the door seal, but will post a video if I have to myself.
@@nhojdam thanks Rob. Much appreciated.
Great but what about showing how to replace the door, neither me or the kitchen fitter could do it...

I'm pretty sure my dishwasher doesn't have a steam vent & why would it need one.
Helpful video - thank you. Do you have any idea where I could get a screw that is located on the side of the door ?

Can I use a Miele fully integrated dishwasher in an IKEA kitchen cabinetry?
Thanks!
