Acer A314-32 not charging, not turning on

Repair Acer A314-32 that not charging and turning on, main power rail not shorted but the 19v can't passed 2nd mosfet, AC Drive not present at the gate of the mosfet, replacing BQ24780s

same problem, same laptop model sir. the mosfet Source and Gate have no 19v. But in the Drain it has 19v. So i though it was the problem, not the BKchip so show
