The caption of your recipe is incorrect. And as far as dahi phulki is concerned, yes that is made in few household but it isn't served with bhagaar
There's a difference between dahi phulki n dahi bary , dahi phulki is made up with besan n dahi bary made up of moong/maash ki daal , ppl migrated from India either from northern India like Delhi n UP or from southern India like Hyderabad both made these dishes ,so stop creating an unnecessary issue of it's from Hyderabad or Delhi ,it's simple that Urdu speaking migrated community made these , plz accept it
