Yeah that’ll be nice ! Sad part is I order stuff here in the states all the time and still lose stuff from time to time lol. Scrubdesignz has all the replacement parts already on the way ! 💪🏻
Bike is looking good! You can also use the yz 22-24 radiator louvers on the older models. They offer a bit more protection for the radiator. I switched them on my fantic xx250

Nice video man, thanks. Quick question: how could I add a petcock that has the reserve fuel option for my (2024) yz250? Do I need a different kind of fuel tank or would changing the petcock do the trick? I'm trying to turn it into a trail bike.
@@zakariya1984 finding some sort of aftermarket petcock with a reserve and a larger fuel tank would be your best bet I believe. Thanks for watching!

The kit should come with hardware. If not you reuse the hardware on your bike currently
Gotcha, I actually don’t want to use the old hardware. I figured since my yz is getting a complete makeover i’d use all new hardware and really mint out the entire bike. By the way, I love how the guts seat looks on yours. Thanks for getting back to me 👍

I just got the restyle kit for my 2021 yz250. When buying graphics for the bike after installing the new plastics can I just get 2022 and up graphics now?

@@JUSTINHAWKSMITHaye got another question. I already bought it so it’s to late to ask really but, is they any real downgrade from doing this conversion to the 2022 plastics with polisport?
@@jaydeboudreaux5692 I would say the one and only downgrade is the seat , I have no problem with the seat itsself just with the design of the like rubber grommet button flap thingy on the back where the seat bolt goes , it’s a pain in the butt to change the seat cover. I like the OEM Yamaha design better. so maybe someday if you hated it you could buy a oem 2022+ seat and that would fix that issue. Other than that zero cons in my opinion. If you ever buy a replacement rear fender that’s not polisport restyle , meaning you buy a acerbis rear fender for a 2022+ YZ , you do have to trim off a little shark fin piece of plastic but it’s super easy and not visible once installed. You’ll see what I mean if you ever go to do that. I think for the price , you cannot beat the restyle kit. I loved mine.

02-05 trippleclamps are different so i had to use zipties for all redesign and restyle kit numberplates! How many litres does this fueltank take compare to stock?
A stock 22+ holds 1.8gal. I believe this is the same.
Where can I buy this kit?
Thinking about buying, is it off brand polisport or actually polisport. Do the Plastic break easy? Any problems so far.

It’s a polisport kit. Scrub designz just is the first polisport dealer to sell. No issues and you can buy any brand of plastic later down the road bolts right on purchase plastic for a 22+ yz250 will bolt directly onto this seat / gas tank/ air box. I’m not sure on the radiator braces I don’t see why they wouldn’t be the same. Radiators didn’t change any

If you dont mind me asking where are you located? Im in hawaii & deciding if i should wait until polisport officially releases the kit to dealers in states or buy it from scrub designz & wait a little, most likely more than 6 days though lol

I am planning on buying a kit for my yz125 06 how have they held up after a wreck, do you think I would use 06 radiator braces or 24.

This just replaces everything with 2024 components. I’m currently running 2024 specific plastic. So it holds up no different than a 2024 , it’s not a “replica kit” or a “look alike” kit , it makes the bike no different plastic wise as a 2024, or 2022+ YZ.
