Do I have to be on a kayak and have a float rod or can I be on land and have a feeder rod
No, you don't need to be in a boat. Some guys catch him from the dock. I like to be able to hit multiple spots quickly. The mission states "Eq. a Tele or Match rod". Tele sticks are to small!
