Question before I buy a new cowl, the rubber seal on my corolla’s cowl is starting to separate. From what it looks like, that water seepage would go to the same place as the drainage holes in the cowl correct? Would you personally buy and replace a cow just because the rubber edge seam is separating? Is it going to cause bigger issues?
What glorious manifold is that??
2:15, Hi, is it possible to remove those covers at each end of Cowl without removing the whole Cowl?
The reason I'm asking is, I replaced the right side fender on my wife's Yaris Hatchback but I forgot to install a rubber glued part at the top of the fender. Right where the fender meets Cowl. I don't want to remove windshield wiper arms.
Thank you very much, it is a great video like always!
Thank You 🙏🏼, I know what piece your talking about you can remove the cowl cover on each end without removing the entire cowl to replace the rubber seals at the top
@@ScorpionMultimedia Thank you, my friend!
The part Toyota OEM's name is: Seal, Front Fender to Cowl Side.
It is impossible to remove or secure a fender to the frame of the car without removing or loosening the Cowl because one of the bolts is on the top of the fender, right where the fender meets Cowl.
Somehow I didn't realize those two ends are removable. I want to go back and do a proper job and I have a brand new part from Toyota.
@@MrCROBosanceros you're welcome, from the sound of it on the hatchback model they made how the fender bolts up lil more difficult, on the Sedans it easy to replace that rubber seal doesn't require removing the entire cowl
At some point in future, title of a video will be "Toyota Yaris removal/replacement"
🤣 yeah to make room for the Maxima
@@ScorpionMultimedia hahhahahahahaha

Thank you 🙏🏼
Thanks for the video.
