This is the best cooking segment I have ever watched and I learned so much from the nutrition tips too I have also been so pleased with these foods I have tried Al these and they are so so yummy I’m not even vegan or vegetarian and I was happy that it all tasted so yummy I didn’t miss not having meat Thr beans are my fav with the red fermented slaw too

I enjoyed and learned from Chef Naomi! I would definitely watch more of her videos. I really liked the recipes! The only thing I did not like was the music in the background. I would rather hear natural kitchen noises, and just be able to concentrate on what the Chef is showing us! The music was too loud and quite distracting at many points. But all in all, I give the video a big thumbs up!!
When I heard the first edited version I told them to turn the music down and they turned it down as much as possible. They said it's part of regulation that has to be played? Sounds strange
I've watched probably every ITH video Naomi has appeared since originally picking up her I-box. She is such a GIVER. I have learned something useful & healthy from every video I have ever watched with her. This one is packed FULL of these gems. Thank you. Please share more recipes. I would especially love the fermented red cabbage & cashew ranch dressing recipes. 😉 Thank you for sharing! P.S. Coastal SE GA could 💯 benefit from a place like yours. This is awesome! Since moving out of the Fresno area, I have not found a place or WFPB meals so this is a god-send. I miss these dishes. I was introduced to RawFresno Food Truck years ago, looking for healthy lunch options at my workplace downtown Fresno. Naomi’s health story really made me think about food and how it truly is our only window to health. We are what we eat became so real. Her restaurant and food truck options made a believer out of me. I have been WFPB’d for years now, thx to her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Naomi! My heart literally thank you!

This was fun to watch, and a nice variety of ideas. Since this is basically your audition for a TV series, could I offer a bit of “constructive criticism”? I would organize your presentation a little differently. First the appetizer (can’t wait to try these mushrooms!), then the salad. I was a bit confused when you showed the Caesar dressing, but then put a ranch dressing on the salad (both sound delicious, but need recipe for the ranch). Then after showing the greens and beans dish, show all your creative variations of that dish. Finally, show the dessert at the end. Just my opinions - I hope it’s useful. I would definitely watch your TV show! I also really enjoyed the teaching moments about nutrition that you inserted throughout the demos.
