Thank you for the vital information, please i will like to know if there are places where one can buy used household items, or get some household items free in New Brunswick, just like in some other provinces?
    Thank you.

Hi Adeola, you can buy household items in Walmart, Costco, dollarama, Canadian tire. For furniture, you can try Leons, the Bricks, Surplus furniture
For free items, I don't have an idea where you can get these, bit if you land and register with any immigration services, they may be able to help

thankyou for this video! i have a question, what credit card is the best for international student there? thanks in advance

    • @o_oluwasanmi
      @o_oluwasanmi  3 роки тому +1

Great question Luvena. I'll say the best credit card for any international student will depend on what type of benefits you want from a credit card.
If you feel you will be making a lot of international travel, then you may want to get a travel card, that way when you use the credit card, you earn points which can be redeemed on any travel purchase.
If you will be doing lots of shopping and less of travel, you may get a cash- back rewards card. With this card, you earn a certain % each time you use the card, and the accumulated money you make can be used to pay your balance on the card.
So I'll say the best card for you will have to align with your needs and the benefits you are looking to get.
You can visit TD Canada website to read about features and benefits of the different types of card they offer. That will give you an idea of what you should be looking for in a card.
      Hope this helps 😊

    Hi Olu, nice video...
I am planning to move Moncton from India. I dont speak French. planning to take may22 intake in Crandall University. What do you suggest? I heard French is very important in New Brunswick. Is it true?
    Thanks.

Hi there. Not speaking French is not a barrier. I don't speak French myself. It is an advantage if you speak French, but it is not necessary

Ma please I have this question I really need answers too. My husband and I are planning to relocate to canada soon. But we don't know anybody there and worry over accommodation as we keep hearing finding an accommodation as new immigrant is almost impossible. We plan on staying in an Airbnb on the first month of arrival. Now my question is this= after that one month in an airbnb, how possible is it for us to get an accommodation (renting a basement) as a new immigrant? Thanks

Right now it’s crazy with the pandemic, some companies have some new requirements but it shouldn’t be too hard. If you get a job it would be easier but some companies might look into your savings. It also depends on were you decide to settle. Good luck.

Thanks John, It's more of the editing. I use Filmora Wondershare to edit my videos and I can improve quality of the video while editing. Sometimes I use either Canon M50 camera or my Samsung S10+ phone to shoot my videos.

24 and have a score over 800. It’s about self control. Learning to save for emergency and you will also be able to build a good credit score. Emergency savings help you so you don’t max out your card. I make money off my credit and have never paid interest. Watch your due date, make multiple small payments if you can. Set a limit for yourself that you can afford to pay based off pay check. It’s all about discipline. Live below means. Just because you have a high limit doesn’t mean you should use all.
