Akhi you seem like a nice guy and this is just a kind reminder perhaps you didn't realise but you're showing your awrah on the thumbnail. Please remember that your belly button down to your knees iss your awrah. Further, you work out in mixed gyms freemixing with women who are dressed completely inappropriately. It is not advisable to work out in such gyms as the women are everywhere, are wearing the tightest most revealing clothing possible and lowering your gaze is made almost impossible. I'm sure your intentions are good but ideally like with intoxicants for example we must not just indulge in such haram behaviour as zina or freemixing with women but even, as the Quran says, not even *go near* such temptations. It's basically you going into a pub surrounded by alcohol, drunks, everyone drinking and you're there drinking orange juice. One day you might just take a sip of your mates beer.
