I'd consider it, if it would be aluminium (I am fully aware that the frame layout is not suitable for anything other than carbon...) Carbon is not the right material for mountainbikes. mountainbikes will be crashed; that HAS to be accounted for in design. Crashing (to some extent) is part of the load collective of a mountainbike. Same goes for rock strikes and (on the ransom) more important: mud and rocks getting tangled up in between the linkage.
Did you ever seen bottom bracket broken? All we seen is broken frame close to headset snapped this is where we bicycle riders would like to see more reinforcement
let me just decypher all that marketing talk for you. we designed a bike to look cool af. whatever the suspension kinematics ended up being, we live with it.
Jetzt werden wieder von euch sehr schöne Mountain Bikes hergestellt muss Ich mal sagen. So macht ihr mich wieder sehr glücklich wenn Ich wie 2009 ein Scott Mountain Bike habe. LG Marvin
I Dont know why the Shock is integrated! You cant change the Shock and you have all the problems with internal cables. If you want to Make the Mechanic rich, this is the the bike.
I actually ride the spark since 22 and never had a problem with the shock being inside the frame. There is a really simple trick you can use for switching out internal cables very easy, just cut a spoke down to about 10cm and stick one end in the old and one in the new cable and pull on the one and push the other in. Im not a mechanic and i replaced several cables with this technique first try.
Spark is for XC and not enduro. You break more stuff and therefor a weak headset that gets more dust in is just a bad choice. Not beeing able to change the shock to RS is also just Bad design.@@Hazukro
I really like the Scott and ransom. But the price …
5k for base bike 🤣 that’s me replacing my current ransom with a privateer,
The bike is bad
owning two ransoms already i cant wait to ride this one.

One of the most integrated and proprietary bikes I’ve ever seen!
best bike ive ever ridden so far!
Can the flight attendant shock fit in the frame?

I have a 2020 Ransom: The 2024 one weights 2000 grams more and cost $2000 more. Combined with the eBike hard tail look: NO thanks!
Ikr? I ride a 2021 Ransom and was curious what the new one looks like. The look and the price is such a 100% no for me 😂
Yes its ugly. I am praying they won't do this on the ransom when i saw what they did to the spark and genius, now i'm disgusted. I will pass.

would scott call 'buying up a competing brand to own their unique design and use it to revamp their mtb line up' a shortcut? just curious
Who did they swallow?
Seen this six bar concept before, want to say Merida maybe?
@@heinzhaupthaar5590 Bold Cycles. They came up with the shock inside the frame design
Forget Scott! I am engineer too! Amazing, I check the fork and shock pressure. Getting to the hidden shock is just NOT practical!
bueno la bicicleta es mala o buena?
cant wait to get one
awesome, love it.

10k no way
Awesome bike lovet
Great technology. You should be grateful to Bold bikes, how develop the concept.
Will there be a new e ransom ???
