Do a no kick challenge. Basically the counterpart to the only field goals challenge.
Win a national championship but during every game you cannot kick a field goal or extra point, and all kickoffs must be onside. You can't punt either. You basically have to go for every 4th down.
All kick or punt returns must be fair caught or be downed. No returns. Pick an ACC school to do this with

UNC Penbrooke is in our conference. Conference Carolina’s, toughest D2 conference for baseball.

My Alma Mater plays in the same Football conference as UNC-Pembroke here. West Liberty University Hilltoppers out of WV. Every year they go 3-8, 4-7, 5-6 or 6-5 at best, so they could use a good Rebuild
As someone who’s little brother just graduated from UNCP last year , when I tell you this school is small, it is small. Was able to fit their entire graduating class along with their professors, into a gymnasium 😂

You should do a D3 team one time. You could choose one in Ohio like Mount Union or Baldwin Wallace.
You should rebuild former SEC school Division 3 The University of the South: Sewanee. Look it up, they were one of the first programs in the SEC. It'd be very cool @Bordeaux

Please make the California State University Chico Wildcats. They lost their football team in the 90’s I believe. I played on their field in high school, the actor who played McLovin attended here. It was a massive party school in the 90’s even winning playboys number one party school in the country in 92 so it’d be a great redemption arc for the school to overcome that.

Can you rebuild any program only recruiting defensive players. The only offensive player type you can recruit is rb. You can take walk ons for any position even offense though. See if you can win national title with defense and a run game.

Idea: Min/Max a roster. WR with 99 in speed categories and 40 in catching, inversely you have a 65 speed WR with 99 in catching categories. QB with only speed, another with only TP and the other with only TA. Only elusive/ trucking RB. Only Man cover CB, only run blocking linemen. That sort of thing. Make it a 1 year video where you play every game. The biggest thing would be formation subs to make sure you have the correct min maxed lineup there

You should do my college. Notre dame college in Cleveland Ohio a great D2 program that was a 5x 2019-2022 conference champion recently shut down due to bankruptcy
