The reason the first example Metal was so hard to cut was because of the bend. Show a example cutting the same piece of metal with the new shears.
Well you're not wrong about the first test being over exaturated but that bend would make absolutely no difference
@@scatdawg1 his point is that the bend will still probably get beat out of shape, the addition of a power tool may even crush the bend even more.

So you took a cutting tool to make a cutting tool well done 10 out of 10
🤣🤣 I thought to myself if I had 1 of these would I really be bothered putting it on the grinder if I needed it or wud I just use the handtool... I pictured myself taking the 1mm cutting disk off the grinder and trying to attach this tool but at no point did my brain register that just using the grinder for its purpose in life was an option 🤦
Lubrication. The metal on metal wear will be horrible. Honestly all this has done is take two useful tools and made them more dangerous. If you need auto shears buy them, if you want to make auto shears learn a little about mechanics first.

Что же ты друг,в начале ролика показываешь нам, что ты пытаешься разрезать оцинковку. Какая там была толщина ? 1 мм? А при демонстрации возможностей своего высера ты режешь фольгу 0,3 мм? А что ты не сказал, что из своего балансира, редуктору болгарки в очень скором времени придет крышка? А температура в узлах трения, ты ее то чего не показал ? Твое ноу-хау дерьмо полное, которое в разы сокращает ресурс работы инструмента! Никому не советую это повторять. А фольгу, я так же разрежу ножницами по бумаге, без всяких трудностей
Классная идея. Надо думаю как нибудь сделать. Да и вообще такие штуки все чаще в обиход идут. Вместо крутищях элементов все чаще именно вибрационные элементы идут. Вибрация сила. Она и метал лучше режет, без больших потерь и искр и дерево. Думаю это ещё и безопаснее, точнее лучше чем искры в глаза и на одежду лететь будут.
Фигня это все. Тут металл 0.2-0.3 максимум. Фольга... Такую можно решать ножницами для бумаги)
@@user-wx2nu9xp6j спасибо. Как-то не заметил. Он резко алюминиевый погнутый лист поменял на фольгу или что это, не известно. Выходит что проманипулировал людьми. Но как идея, такая штуковина нормальный инструмент. Не известно как деталь по толще берёт, но думаю надо для начала это поверить, чтобы говорить что фигня.
@@ferrariusfelix говорить,что это фигня можно даже не пытаясь повторить это дерьмище,потому как подобного рода приблуды из серии "прощай редуктор"

понятно что болгаркой не рекомендуется резать оцинкованное железо, будет ржаветь, но есть же насадка на дрель, называется сверчок, режет железо любой формы и ничего не ржавеет потом
