I think I would consider making a weather tight harness connector on the tire side of the frame to make maintenance or repair easier, great video Joe 👍😁

Another idea! Don't waste your time rerouting the wire back through the frame! Route it externally back into the battery box and you are set for any removal of the wheel in the future!.

My back wheel will not spin what will cause this ?

Give me some more info? Does the wheel not turn or does the motor not turn the wheel? What is the voltage on the battery? When you turn on the bike do you have any green lights? How many?

what happens when u cut the cable off?

Do not cut the cable off, You have to feed the cable through the frame. and then feed it back through after performing any work on the rear wheel.
