Haitian asylum seekers may feel better being transferred to French Guiana. Its a black country so they will feel accompanied by fellow blacks and will not fear discrimination, they speak French which will be easier to understand by the Haitians, the weather is warm and similar to Haiti (but without hurricanes,) its an official territory of France, a first world country. If they eventually become French citizens its easy to move or vacation to France, if they ever want to experience the full white people culture.
