Pro tip: Instead of tweezers just use a spudger soldering. A spudger is just a wooden stick. You use it to manipulate the SMD and to hold it down when you need to. You'd think tweezers are better but just try using a simple stick. It's how we did it professionally. You can buy electronics spudgers. The gray ones are the nicest. They're orange wood or something? But any splint of a hardwood should work. It's basically like a chopstick. But one side will be conical and the other side is chisel shaped. In general you only use the chisel side. If it were me I'd hold that board too. I have little vises and stuff. Blue tacky is handy soldering. I have a scrap of wood I sometimes blue tacky stuff down on to solder it.
