It's been a week since we broke up. In 2 years, I keep on speaking to God to send signs if he's the one and he already said no. I choose to ignore it bcoz I still choose this person despite not treating me well, cursing me, pulling me away from God due to his sinful desires, disrespecting me and letting me beg for love. Eventually, he cheated and I still gave forgiveness but in the end, I am broken into pieces and I have no choice but to let him go bcoz I can't take the pain anymore. And I regret kasi pinatagal ko pa. Hindi ko nagawa nung kaya ko at buo pa ko. So what I'm going through is the consequences of my wrong life decisions. But now, I'm turning my eyes on God. I can totally relate to Jelai. I had my 8 years relationship. Pinaglaban ko siya sa lahat, sa mga kaibigan at pamilya ko kahit na nakikita nila yong mga panloloko na ginagawa sa ‘kin ng ex ko. Forgiving does not mean to bring that person back again to your life who constantly hurt you. You can forgive and continue loving that person but never let them in to your life again. It is sad that we have to hit rock bottom to realize and to find our self worth but obviously on Jelai's part and for some people who went through the same path, it is worth experiencing when you find yourself and happiness at the end of the tunnel. Always go with peace. Decisions are difficult to make but if it doesn't give you peace, don't pursue it. God bless you Jelai. You are beautifully and wonderfully made. We don't know exactly what's ahead but I can say, God was watching you. Super Galing ni Toni sa pag interview ng mga nagiging guest nya. Walang pressure casual talk lang like nakikipag kwentuhan ka lang sa isang friend na handang makinig sayo. Brings back memories of my own heartache journey. Ang hirap tlga yung kakagising mo pa lang malungkot kana, iiyak kana tapos gusto mo na ulit matulog. Nagkasakit din ako, I also had anxiety, panic attacks but i believed prayers saved me while i was also helping myself to get back up. Isang araw nagising na lang ako na wlaa nako maramdaman kung hindi awa sa sarili ko and thats also when i began to love myself again hanggang tuluyan ko na nakalimutan na may mahal akong walang kwenta haha!

Even left my family, friends and church for him. But I am not blaming him, it was purely my own decisions back then. Dahil nga sa love ko sa kanya, gusto ko kung ano lang ung gusto nya at magpapasaya sa kanya. Relatable din ung sabi ni Jelai na when we refuse to obey God, sasaktan ka na talaga para wala ka nang choice but to get out. God has been asking me to get out many times but I refused to obey. I have tried to skipped this interview for days now but i didn't know na need ko xa ma click and omg...... I see my old self in her. It made me cried but understand things too. This is a story about ourselves na dapat ma share talaga kasi.... Dami mga babae na talaga pure and kindness lang ang gusto ibigay ang forgiveness pero nakukuha is disrespect and betrayals. I respect Toni of how she wasn't that pushing to asked details and Jelai gave the deeper real pain story na talaga tatagus....... Ako man na redeem ko self ko aftet a year at nasabi ko nalang di na ako galit at gusto mo nalang forgive yourself na. I hope for the greater life ahead for you Jelai. Sometimes iiyak pa rin tayu pero we will surely remember how we passed such tragic part of our life. Prayers and constant prayers is always my weapon and yes self value. Sometimes akala natin gusto ng Panginoon na mag tiis lang pero no! He wants too to give value to the person we are as we are His own children.
Wow I can so relate to this fam. Divorce na po ako 3 years ago depressed din po ako kasi nag lalaki ang ex ko. Meron po kaming dalawa anak. I lost the house, hindi ko rin pwede makita ang anak ko dahil sa mga ibang kwento ng nanay nila. 7 months din po ako na depressed at suicidal. Pero hindi po ako nagpatalo gumawa po ako ng business, nagawa ko mga hindi ko kayang gawin, nakapunta po ako sa mga hindi ko napuntahan. Kasi to hold grudges it’s not right thing to do ikaw din ang sisira sa sarili mo. Everything happens for a reason in life, gotta love yourself first. So ngayon po hindi po ako nag date wala po ako oras dyan sa ngayon, I’m enjoying myself to be alone walang problema. So do something what you love to do fam, be careful who you meet. So glad that I was able to watch this. Akong ako to si Jelai though I was never married but nakakarelate ako sa last long time relationship ko. The ER scene, depression, cycle, forgiveness to the unforgiveable, loving/valuing yourself, fighting for love. Lahat to dinanas ko. Kung anong response ni Jelai, un din mismo ang nararamdaman kona ngayong nakamove on na ako. I cant say that I am fully healed pero napakalayo kona sa taong minahal ung taong un noon. Napakalayo. Reading all the comments here, I can see na madaming pure and genuine magmahal but in the end nasasaktan. Maybe all of us had this moment of "sacrificial love". Yung lahat ibibigay at gagawin mo for that person ng walang kapalit just to make them happy. Masaya na tayo na nakikita silang masaya sa effort natin. Fulfilling right? Masakit bumitaw. Pero mas masakit kapag hindi mo na mahanap yung sarili mo kakabigay ng "lahat" para sa taong mahal mo. Hindi mo alam saan mag uumpisa. But believe me, meron pa ding dadating na taong kayang mahalin ka with all his loyalty abd faithfulness. Yung sya naman magpaparamdam kung gaano mo kadeserve ang mundo. It's been a week since we broke up. In 2 years, I keep on speaking to God to send signs if he's the one and he already said no. I choose to ignore it bcoz I still choose this person despite not treating me well, cursing me, pulling me away from God due to his sinful desires, disrespecting me and letting me beg for love. I can totally relate to Jelai. I had my 8 years relationship. Pinaglaban ko siya sa lahat, sa mga kaibigan at pamilya ko kahit na nakikita nila yong mga panloloko na ginagawa sa ‘kin ng ex ko. Kinulong ko yong mundo ko sa kanya na parang “you and me against the world” ang peg. Paulit ulit niya kong niloloko pero paulit ulit din ako nagpapatawad. Until one day, narealize ko na tama na to. Forgiving does not mean to bring that person back again to your life who constantly hurt you. You can forgive and continue loving that person but never let them in to your life again. It is sad that we have to hit rock bottom to realize and to find our self worth but obviously on Jelai's part and for some people who went through the same path, it is worth experiencing when you find yourself and happiness at the end of the tunnel. Always go with peace. Decisions are difficult to make but if it doesn't give you peace, don't pursue it. God bless you Jelai. You are beautifully and wonderfully made. We don't know exactly what's ahead but I can say, God was watching you. You were stubborn, and it seemed that you know what was going on but for sure God was and is with you, here you are, you found yourself, you got back up! I hope you find more happiness. I had a relationship na forced yung sex sakin and pinapatawad ko pag nag sorry siya kasi iniisip ko na baka magbago pa. Tiniis ko for 2 years kasi hindi naman kami lagi magkasama pero kahit kasi nasa bahay kami ng parents ko nanghihipo siya. Super Galing ni Toni sa pag interview ng mga nagiging guest nya. Walang pressure casual talk lang like nakikipag kwentuhan ka lang sa isang friend na handang makinig sayo. And Toni let the guests expressed their feelings, she can put their guard down. And she knows her boundaries kung hanggang saan ang limit nya sa pagtatanong and not pushing way to hard.
Brings back memories of my own heartache journey. Ang hirap tlga yung kakagising mo pa lang malungkot kana, iiyak kana tapos gusto mo na ulit matulog. Nagkasakit din ako, I also had anxiety, panic attacks but i believed prayers saved me while i was also helping myself to get back up. Isang araw nagising na lang ako na wlaa nako maramdaman kung hindi awa sa sarili ko and thats also when i began to love myself again hanggang tuluyan ko na nakalimutan na may mahal akong walang kwenta haha!
When you love, you just love. This is exactlt how I felt when I got cheated and tried my best to save the relationship. I felt every emotions spoken by Jelai. Gusto ko din siyang buuin kasi I told myself na wala namang perpekto kaya tutulungan ko siya at sairli ko na maging buo since siya na tinitignan kong mapapangasawa. But then, sadyang when all that's left is pain to feel and not love anymore ay sadyang mapapalet go ka without you noticing it. Now 2 years after we broke up, i still haven't had the courage to start a relationship kasi I'm still not okay. But I'm getting there. I broke up with my bf months ago because of cheating too. Totoo ung sabi na you are happily blinded in a relationship. Happy ka pero walang peace. Sacrificed a lot of things for him, for his happiness, for his comfort. Even left my family, friends and church for him. But I am not blaming him, it was purely my own decisions back then. Dahil nga sa love ko sa kanya, gusto ko kung ano lang ung gusto nya at magpapasaya sa kanya.
Relatable din ung sabi ni Jelai na when we refuse to obey God, sasaktan ka na talaga para wala ka nang choice but to get out. God has been asking me to get out many times but I refused to obey. Pero iba na sya at tama talaga ung intuition ng babae. I kept fighting for him until napagod na ko. I asked God what should I do and where should I go. God answered me right away. He showed me His phone. That’s when I knew na he was cheating then I left him. Weeks after that, he came back, but I refused kahit na my heart wanted to. God already rescued me, why go back?
Minsan talaga when we love, we forget na magtira para sa sarili natin. We forget about ourselves, our own life..

I have tried to skipped this interview for days now but i didn't know na need ko xa ma click and omg...... I see my old self in her. It made me cried but understand things too. This is a story about ourselves na dapat ma share talaga kasi.... Dami mga babae na talaga pure and kindness lang ang gusto ibigay ang forgiveness pero nakukuha is disrespect and betrayals. I respect Toni of how she wasn't that pushing to asked details and Jelai gave the deeper real pain story na talaga tatagus....... Ako man na redeem ko self ko aftet a year at nasabi ko nalang di na ako galit at gusto mo nalang forgive yourself na. I hope for the greater life ahead for you Jelai. Sometimes iiyak pa rin tayu pero we will surely remember how we passed such tragic part of our life. Prayers and constant prayers is always my weapon and yes self value. Wow I can so relate to this fam. Divorce na po ako 3 years ago depressed din po ako kasi nag lalaki ang ex ko. Meron po kaming dalawa anak. I lost the house, hindi ko rin pwede makita ang anak ko dahil sa mga ibang kwento ng nanay nila. 7 months din po ako na depressed at suicidal. Pero hindi po ako nagpatalo gumawa po ako ng business, nagawa ko mga hindi ko kayang gawin, nakapunta po ako sa mga hindi ko napuntahan. Kasi to hold grudges it’s not right thing to do ikaw din ang sisira sa sarili mo. Everything happens for a reason in life, gotta love yourself first. So ngayon po hindi po ako nag date wala po ako oras dyan sa ngayon, I’m enjoying myself to be alone walang problema. So do something what you love to do fam, be careful who you meet. So glad that I was able to watch this. Akong ako to si Jelai though I was never married but nakakarelate ako sa last long time relationship ko. The ER scene, depression, cycle, forgiveness to the unforgiveable, loving/valuing yourself, fighting for love. Lahat to dinanas ko. Kung anong response ni Jelai, un din mismo ang nararamdaman kona ngayong nakamove on na ako. I cant say that I am fully healed pero napakalayo kona sa taong minahal ung taong un noon. Napakalayo. And I still thank God for helping me get through it all.

Reading all the comments here, I can see na madaming pure and genuine magmahal but in the end nasasaktan. Maybe all of us had this moment of "sacrificial love". Yung lahat ibibigay at gagawin mo for that person ng walang kapalit just to make them happy. Masaya na tayo na nakikita silang masaya sa effort natin. Fulfilling right? Masakit bumitaw. Pero mas masakit kapag hindi mo na mahanap yung sarili mo kakabigay ng "lahat" para sa taong mahal mo. Hindi mo alam saan mag uumpisa. But believe me, meron pa ding dadating na taong kayang mahalin ka with all his loyalty abd faithfulness. Yung sya naman magpaparamdam kung gaano mo kadeserve ang mundo.
