The great thing with the light. Is when your laying in bed with your eyes closed you can see the light reflection of the torch from the screen through your eye lids feels like your there in person very relaxing.

But I'd like to add for medical check ups and roleplays, you should wear a surgical mask in them. It makes the RP more immersive! That and all doctors and nurses wear them now!
