How to remove barnacles from your boat can be a nightmare, with sharkbite barnacle remover it makes the job a lot easier, even if it is still a very hard job, but it does work.
It took us, well my wife Anna actually 2 days of hard graft to get rid of all the barnacles, with the help of sharkbite barnacle remover, a good scraper, proper gloves and a full face mask we did what we thought to be the impossible.

Hi, when we purchased the boat, she was moored in the lake Malar, a fresh water lake, and the bottom paint the previous owner used was Le Fant (blue)
We live in the archipelago, which is the baltic sea and unknown to us, requires a totally different bottom paint.
After cleaning the bottom of the barnacles, we primed the boat and painted her with International trilux (black).

Were they biting her those barnacles look like ugly ticks yuck the poor boat getting eaten up by barnacles is it just my imagination the barnacles are sucking her blood 😮

What is the name of the anti-fowling paint you used on the bottom?

After we cleaned the boat we used international Trilux anti-fouling paint which is recommended in salt water.

Hi Jon, john, yes, she has 2 cabins, a double in the bow and a mid cabin with an enormous double bed. She can accommodate 6 people at a push.. that is in the summer when you can convert the cockpit area into a double.
She really is a fantastic boat, I am actually on her now as i write to you. I am re caulking her at the moment 👍 and the wife is polishing her 😀
