Mercury Vapour Street Light

Around Leicestershire on some footpaths used to be these Mercury Vapour Street Lights.
Most got replaced years ago with LPS SOX Lights and today LED. How is this one still here and still working, In my village on a abandoned footpath there is another one that I photoaged that one no longer works. www.flickr.com...

Amazing it still comes on. Is it owned by Leicestershire county council or is it privately owned?

I'm not sure. There is another one with LPS top but its busted. Path is Public Right of Way.
