That was incredible ! The inside of my nose started stinging and my eyes got super sweaty when the main "guitar part" kicked in. My eyes continued to sweat throughout the song ! Just incredible ! 🎵🎶🎼🎹🎹🎵🎶🎼💖
Wow! Trust me...I'm quick to be picky when it comes to Zeppelin. But this is amazing! Great job...this is probably a top 5 song all time for me, Led Zeppelin is, and always will be amazing....as is this beautiful piano cover.
This is absolutely stunning. I'm a Led Zeppelin fanatic and the adaptation of all the pieces of that song, the guitar army, the vocals it's there!!! And to me it sounds a lot like the live version from Knebworth..this is brilliant!!!
This is so beautiful and inspiring! I understand that making a tutorial is a lot to ask for, but could you maybe post the main chords? Particularly the descending chords before the main "riff". I'm struggling with getting some of them right and would really appreciate a starting point since this is incredible!
eoco1000 Sure, I'll do my best: intro: (all over A in the bass) AM to dm bridge: AM, x, em7, DM7, CM7 (transitional riff: E F A C D F E) then chorus of sorts. (all over A in the bass: AM, GM, DM, dm will probably get you pretty close to the sound of the original, although to be honest it's been a while since I've listened to the original so it might be something slightly different). the x there is a chord that could be expressed a few different ways, all to basically the same effect. With a D# in the bass, you could either play a BM7 in the right hand (A, B, D#, F#), or an F#dim triad (A, C, F#), or a D#dim triad (A, D#, F#). I usually alter it every time I play it, since they all basically amount to the same effect. Hope that helps!
@Obelix5150..great rendition!!!! you play the piano really well!!.. btw...could you PLEASE upload a tutorial video of this song because i have to perform it for my musical practicals sometime in september and also because I am in love with the song!!! Waiting G3...
Simply beautiful arrangement!!! You have quite a talent!!! Do you think it would be possible for you to create sheet music from this? I would honestly pay for it.
you played it in the harmonic major way thats why it sounds so cheerfull i gues :D great stuff try playing it minorly like the original its very powerfull stuff, aweso thumbsup on the ear solution i awso learn stuff like that but im not a pianist
Just learned this on guitar. Now looking at piano...Awsome cover. Better view of keys would be Awsome. No it’s not there for a lesson though thanks for sharing.
I feel like everyone else - this is unbelievable - I would love to play it, so I only ask that you make a point-of-view video of the keys, you know, shot over your shoulder. It's not too fast - it would really help a lot of people.
This is great, especially because you caught the music only by your self, without a sheet! You play the piano sooo well! Can you please help me with sharing at least the notes played in the first part? Thank you so much, I would be very grateful if you could help me!
My partner who started listening to zeppelin when he was 8 (30 now) and has the '4 symbols' tattooed on him said "babe.. Babe wake up and listen to this... *shoves phone in my face.... Honestly wake up this sounds brilliant... wake up this is amazing, sounds like the what the 'lobby' music at the "Houses of The Holy" hotel
@6paidaa Well thanks man! but are you sure the original is in minor? I'm fairly sure that the C# of the A Major scale occurs pretty frequently in the original... and the C natural of the A minor scale doesn't... I might be wrong though so take what I say with grain of salt, or two...
Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones are in a league of their own as composers in rock and roll bands. I've always said , at the risk of insulting classical music snobs , that Page has more in common with the European composers of the 18th and 19th century than he has with his peers in the rock and roll business
Man, you could get your camera on your head ( or something in this type) to get the sounds acute NO more highest than the sounds ponderous. ( sorry my english).
@Fumerolle if by partition you mean sheet music/"part" then I can't help you, I learn 100% by ear so i wouldn't have access to sheet music. Try google.
Can you email me an mp3 of this, so I can use it for a photo slideshow I want to make, you can also send me a paypal invoice for it too then...keep it reasonable...

I never would have thought of this to play in covering Led Z. It's perfect for the piano.
