#44 NZ Dash Cam - Very slow driver holding up traffic for over 20KM

We (and a LOT of other people) get stuck behind a guy doing 1/2 the speed limit, for 20km...
Also a great example of how quickly (or not) the police emergency line answers the phone, I guess they need more funding and operators!
Also shows that a cop car was RIGHT THERE and didn't do anything about it! (they are only interested in more than 4km/hr over speed, not 50km/hr under speed it seems)
