Penguicorn is good if there is 3 range familiar on your enemies side. which of course a lot are using 3 range familiar as of now in particular toko, suiryu and hippocampus. he is very good support if you have solid 2 DEfense frontliner on your defense team specially if your goal if to drag the game to time limit.
I think any rare awakened 1 would be pretty underwhelming in the meta these days. Even auroralynx, kona, or puffu would probably be very weak and dies often, especially you're already in top 30 or top 100. Probably the only one that can make a difference in low awakening is Hippo and Bunnybot. With that said, Firelynx is indeed disappointing in fam arena because he gets cc'ed very easily. I can do combo with hippo but that's just so hard to set up for defending. My awk 2 firelynx had its time before Kona arrived as I combo it with mite and hippo but after kona and puffu arrives it's really hard to find a slot for them.
@Kuyz Jhopz TV if you're aiming for top 10, probably at least a7-8 normal 4s/ a4-5 rares or it has to be around 63-67k CP range if it's melee. if not, it will melt quickly. Learned that the hard way with my A3 Kona, which is sitting at 56k CP. But the current meta also plays a factor, as everyone is running water familiars. Ranged backliners could get away with a5-6 normal / a3-4 rare or 60k CP, but you might end up becoming a punching bag for the top 5 when they run out of targets. Exceptions would be ebon taurex, as it provides utility and cast interrupt. Of course, low awake ebon will die in the first few seconds, but it's a necessary sacrifice. 😐 Hope this helps! I have hoggoblin at awake 6, Mite at awake 8, suiryuu at 6 and Orobouros at 7. still using my awake 1 stag awake 0 tarakona awake 0 hypocamppus awake 10 toko and awake 2 Ebon taurex. I feel like Im losing alot of potential sticking to my current line up.. needl help :D
basically molten lion's skill procs once you reached a certain threshold... but it could be countered by simply nuking him before he even reach that threshold, doesnt make much sense to me but that's how it works
Yup. I've seen that happen before when I was using molten, especially if you get hit with a spit from a high CP Suiryu. Thankfully, it doesn't happen as often, but I've shelved my molten for now because of the water meta.
Your suggestion lineup on me which is "Penguicorn, Suiryu, Hippo, Toko, Mite" actually works. However, it lacks a tank so my Toko usually died 2nd next to Mite. But nevertheless Penguicorn is very effective to cancel slow skill animation especially Oroboros. -Trickツ
Won't bougie be bad with toko because bougie cast his skill fast and toko would heal the lowest hp familiar so instead of healing the front lines, toko would heal bougie instead
your frontline will be taking a lot of damage, so it shouldn't be an issue that bougie has "more hp lost". Though it might happen on toko's 3rd cycle of heals when it's already backline vs backline. My reason for not using bougie is more of I'm waiting for auralynx. XD
@@ChibiKeruchan 14:40 he loses HP. Max HP means he loses 10% based on max HP, and not remaining HP. so if he has 100 HP, he will keep losing 10 HP every cast, regardless of remaining HP.
Maybe Bougie can buff also Hobgoblin if he already have his own toys.

lynx doesnt have synergy which is the thing thats hard to place him in any team

hoggolbin is good if the opponent team hight attack is toko and u have a burst team with hog can easily wipe the opponent team

it says decrease MAX hp. not decrease HP.
so if max hp is 100/100 it would be 90/90.
