Alright, these two are obviously in love with each other. But, it’s complicated.
Both of them have different POV’s.
Skeppy here was heartbroken and got rejected back in his childhood times. He was traumatized. Not having the courage to confess to Bad over the years because he’s scared that he’ll get rejected again. Although he’s actually looking up to their dynamic and is looking for more. He just doesn’t have the balls to do something.
Bad on the other hand was heartbroken from his past too of course, if you watched his backstory you’ll know more.
He didn’t get rejected though, he lost his parents. So, his friendship with Skeppy was too precious for him and didn’t really wanna risk it for a relationship. So when he realized he’s in love, he tried to be distant to Skeppy as well as he can. Because he’s afraid that if these feeling are out, they might have a conflict and it can result to losing Skeppy forever as his best friend. That’s his biggest fear. It’s not easy for him and it emotionally hurts him.

Skeppy is afraid of rejection,
Bad is afraid of losing someone he loves.
