@comaradella I see what you are saying, but I think the point of the message is that many people rarely actually STOP, and try to see what is in front of them. I always took the 'do nothing' in the title to mean 'do nothing and realise what you have been doing and see it truthfully' then you can move forward and try to do good in your life actually being aware.
