Does anyone know if it’s possible to apply as an international student to VU Amsterdam if you do not turn 18 years old until December, meaning that i would be 17 when I start the 1st year at Uni ?

Is it normal these days to wear a face mask in Amsterdam? Do people follow social distancing at the restaurants?
Social distancing Yes. But nobody wears a mask expect for in public transport
In very crowded urban areas (squares, shopping streets etc.) the use of masks has also been requested. ^LG
