Thank you for a great video. You are right about the lens selection. For me Sony wins. I like that it has image stabilization, higher resolution and better battery life. The images from the cheap Canon lenses look flat to me.
Canon looks better, sharper too, you can see more details with the canon in your face/beard. The Sony looks softer and the colors are too yellowish/greenish for my taste.
The canon looks better sooc. Sad that the Sony looks so strange (skin tones ) but with log I prefer Sony . Can you make Sony looks more like canon sooc or make the skin tones better like using modified picture profile with correct WB ?
Color so subjective…for me, I almost always preferred the Sony, which surprised me. Both would work fine, but side by side on an iPad leaned toward the Sony (and the S5Ii for the win).
We perceive colours with our brains, depending on our experiences, where we are borne, etc. Not a surprise that we prefer the output from different camaras. For me is Sony!

Разве запись в логарифме не увеличивает динамический диапазон? Сравни эти камеры по динамическому диапазону.
put noise reduction on high in r8. sony applies high noise reduction by default

the canon colors looks nice and realistic, the sony colors looks filmic. not really realistic

I would recommend it over the A7cII for most people.
