@Iduna it is an actual genre of music, but how some kpop stans refer to some 4th gen groups songs (ex. nct and skz) as 'noise music' isn't the correct use, just a diss on the instrumental background being very busy :))

“It’s like enjoying a meal you enjoyed before for a second time.” Sam and Raffi perfectly put into words why I love God’s Menu (and Kpop in general) so much. What makes good music is when the music has these elements that are so captivating, addictive, and interesting, and makes you want to listen to it over and over again, but still have that same feeling of excitement. God’s Menu was THE song that got me actually into Stray Kid’s discography and I’m so happy that it was that song.
I can't help but smile like a proud mom every time anyone reacts to any SKZ song, especially God's Menu. That song will always have a soft spot in me because that was the reason I got to know them and stanning them will forever be one of the best decisions in my life
11:02 she is doing the sound of the consonant ㄸ in korean, which is a phonetic sound the english language doesn't have. i'm surprised she noticed that it's different from ㄷ, which is the closest to our "d" sound.
Not how Bangchan and Changbin just mentioned they saw the reaction on their VLIVE this morning!!!!! I’m proud of you guys. Keep reacting to Stray Kids’ music. Bangchan is always watching 😏 😎
honestly, stray kids sometimes has some of the nicest pre-choruses to go with their most upbeat songs, and it all still flows together seamlessly and it's incredibly well done, much like sam was saying. i enjoyed his dissection of the song,, as per usual. and i, too, am jealous of his perfect pitch.
I can't believe I was watching this video while bang chan and changbin were live talking about THIS exact channel and video??? The universe literally brought me here I swear 😌
7:00 It's interesting that they mentioned why people can't stand skz music bcz "there is too much going on in their songs & include different things" because Stray Kids were recently recognised as PIONEERS of the MALA TASTE GENRE !! koreans used to describe music taste as either sweet or savoury but SKZ CREATED this NEW SPICY FLAVOUR GENRE of music ( bcz skz members 3racha make their DISCOGRAPHY so they came up with their own style ) ;)
@@cla2327 lol well he mentioned this channel a few times so no surprise that we guess he would be here again to watch this. And it turns out true! He mentioned this channel again on chans room tonight.

What makes me happy about this channel, and their reactions, is that they are able to hear the small details that the producers and composers put into the music in comparison to someone who isn't as musically literate and would just oversee such details. I think Chan's comment on this, in his VLIVE, shows that. Thank you ReacttotheK for making it possible for Chan to know how much the group's work is appreceiated by not only the viewers but the listeners as well!
Yes, SKZ are one of a kind. They are UNIQUE. They are different from all other kpop groups. They have their own genre. They called it MALA Taste. Btw, I LOOOVE when Umu said.. " In Your Faces Antis! " hahahaha Yes!!!!
As someone that is currently studying Hangul, the Korean language, I would say Cloud is entirely correct in saying the "D" sound in "DU" is closer to "TH" because the Korean letter that correlates in translation from Korean to English "ㄷ" is actually said with more of a "TH" sound. It is said with the tongue in between the teeth rather than at the back or middle of the mouth. I believe this actually has to do with Korean pronunciation. I was so surprised when she could notice the difference.
Just a clarifying note to everyone - “Hangul” (한굴) is the Korean writing system/alphabet, not the Korean language 😅 The Korean language as an entity is “Korean”, or 한국어 (literally, “Korea language). You wouldn’t say you’re learning how to speak “Hangul”, just like you wouldn’t say you’re learning how to speak the “English alphabet”.
I think also how stray kids perform this song is what really made it so popular as well- they always powerfully execute it on-stage (with so much charisma), and they just made this concept theirs and had such a huge impact in 2020- god I'm so proud 😭
This is one of those songs that won't ever get old. I just kind of liked Stray Kids before, but God's menu was life-changing and I'm totally into them now, I even bought IN life after 😅

Noise music, lol. My introduction to Stray Kids was Side Effects. I'm a metalhead so that song and this song are stuff that I love to play really, REALLY loud. 😁
I love how this song has this explosive energy, but even in the more tame parts, the energy isn't lost, just changed. Also, I'm sure Bang Chan will enjoy the reaction 😄
Personally, other than BTS I think this is the only group that has their own thing going on , giving good music leaving a addictive impression in the end. Hope they do well in future too.
Got the notification, and my first thought was “Charlotte NEEDS this.” We were fed well during this comeback. What can I say, the menu was otherworldly.
If this music is considered as "noise", then I wish that the world would be filled with noise pollution because this freaking song is really one of the best songs out there.
Came to watch it the moment this droppedd..never been this early but i mean , its Gods Menu! its been a month since i listened to it on repeat and hell, I fell 10 times harder for this song now!! God's menu was truly written by the gods
Charlotte : The tuba in the background... Me : Wait it's 2021 and I just realized that???!!! Sorry SKZ , i don't realize it because i was too focused on skz and their song, and sorry tuba..
the editing in this video is amazing!! from kevin's floating square to the small little notes and song snippets, it makes it easy to follow along for us folks who know nothing about music, we love to see people being amazed by Stray Kids
All I can say is that the entirety of God's Menu's concept is GENIUS like everything lyrically and aesthetically and all the outfits and the MV are all done so well but the CONCEPT that they're chefs and cooking up their storm of music? And the way the song is WRITTEN like I can't explain why I'm so obsessed with the lyrics.... I remember being soooo shook by that when I heard the song for the first time, ESPECIALLY Changbin's opening verse...GENIUS
ever since discovering stray kids my interest in music skyrocketed, this vid amplified that interest. i love how kevin (?) phrases his sentences its very easy to digest.
as a stay, i absolutely LOVE seeing new people react to stray kids & gods menu, i love when they get praised musically. i love it. stray kids are a unique group & im so proud to support them.
Oh my god i’m so amazed about their mentions on the song when i listen to a song I don’t actually discover all these hidden instruments in the background in my first listening, i’d be so busy shocked about the song and fan-girling 😂 but you made me realize a lot of things thank you I really loved your reaction❤️
this song and video blew me away the first time i saw it. It was definitely a full course experience, and Kevin was right when he said that although the song is so short, it feels complete and keeps you wanting to replay it. Definitely one of my faves from skz
I liked the technical breakdown of this. It shows a very complex level of thinking that went into composing the song and what it is that makes it addictive to hear repeatedly :)
i remember commenting this under the other god's menu reaction, but i love how they start and end with the same rap that changbin does. it just feels so satisfying after the fake drop that catches you off guard and then hearing the chorus one more time, to end it off how it started. and it's almost as if they're reinforcing the idea/message they're conveying throughout the song of like, anything on their menu will satisfy your all five senses, they have something for everyone. a full circle B)
I´ve watched this video so many times bc they are so in love for stray kids that I can´t even deal with. Also, I can´t get over they reacting to Felix low voice and the editing of Kevin saying "IT´S DIFFERENT!!" at 4:13
11:01 I like that Cloud points out the way they pronounce "du", it's accentuated and reminds me of cooking knives which is in line with the kitchen theme
I have never once listened to a stray kids song, even if I’d heard it a million times before, and not ride the hype every single time with the same energy as I did the first time I heard the song.
Honestly I am so glad this was called "construction music", as someone who usually listened to mostly heavy metal previous to getting into Kpop, this was recommended to me and I love it!

@@falguninimje7019 underrated still .many ppl dont know the song .and the song not even popular😒😒😒
@@handsomebangchan3239 literally not even a month passed since it got released🚶🏻♂️
Screw bts
@@hyunjiniret87 Lol
Right. I like seventeen tooo
Got the notification, and my first thought was “Charlotte NEEDS this.”
We were fed well during this comeback. What can I say, the menu was otherworldly.
If this music is considered as "noise", then I wish that the world would be filled with noise pollution because this freaking song is really one of the best songs out there.
Brianna (Chan's pre chorus): "Uh the harmonies"' SAME BRIANNA SAME
Came to watch it the moment this droppedd..never been this early but i mean , its Gods Menu!
its been a month since i listened to it on repeat and hell, I fell 10 times harder for this song now!!
God's menu was truly written by the gods
I just want to see them react to a compilation of Felix’s voice. The duality of that boys voice is just *chefs kiss*
*3:17* *4:08* PLEASE NOT EVERYONE SIMPING FOR FELIX’S VOICE 😭
Charlotte : The tuba in the background...
Me : Wait it's 2021 and I just realized that???!!! Sorry SKZ , i don't realize it because i was too focused on skz and their song, and sorry tuba..
"Sorry tuba" lmao!!!!
And..... there's the Felix effect in action....
My YT reactors God's Menu collection is now complete.... thanks Umu x
Chan just talked about this reaction in today's Chan's Room.
the editing in this video is amazing!! from kevin's floating square to the small little notes and song snippets, it makes it easy to follow along for us folks who know nothing about music, we love to see people being amazed by Stray Kids
I remember being soooo shook by that when I heard the song for the first time, ESPECIALLY Changbin's opening verse...GENIUS
who is here after chan said he watched this on Chan's room today?
Fact : Every people who reacting this MV are really Admired Felix because of Charming and Deep Voice!
If you like stray kids vocal, you can react to " Neverending story " or " Slump japan ver - the first take "
"i don't know why i don't hear enough of in K-pop groups (about harmonizing) You have 10+ people" yes period
Chan mentioned this video in his vlive today! Chan’s Room episode 95 at 25:30 he talks about this video and says thank you! :)
ever since discovering stray kids my interest in music skyrocketed, this vid amplified that interest. i love how kevin (?) phrases his sentences its very easy to digest.
as a stay, i absolutely LOVE seeing new people react to stray kids & gods menu, i love when they get praised musically. i love it. stray kids are a unique group & im so proud to support them.
Every seconds of this song is a masterpiece, everything is perfect, the intro, verse, pre-chorus, chorus to end
YALL MADE IT TO TODAY'S CHAN'S ROOM IM SO PROUD/HAPPY UWUWUWUWU
*COOKING LIKE A CHEF I'M A FIVE STAR MICELLIN*
Btw I stan Henry as much as I stan SKZ, I always love your reaction! 💕
Fun fact : they made all music by themself
I liked the technical breakdown of this. It shows a very complex level of thinking that went into composing the song and what it is that makes it addictive to hear repeatedly :)
i remember commenting this under the other god's menu reaction, but i love how they start and end with the same rap that changbin does. it just feels so satisfying after the fake drop that catches you off guard and then hearing the chorus one more time, to end it off how it started. and it's almost as if they're reinforcing the idea/message they're conveying throughout the song of like, anything on their menu will satisfy your all five senses, they have something for everyone. a full circle B)
Raffi saying he’s jealous of Sam’s perfect pitch is me to all those I know with perfect pitch
Wow. You got another shout out from chan! Congrats reacttothek
I´ve watched this video so many times bc they are so in love for stray kids that I can´t even deal with.
Also, I can´t get over they reacting to Felix low voice and the editing of Kevin saying "IT´S DIFFERENT!!" at 4:13
PRE CHORUS APPRECIATION
I LOVE TO SEE IT!!!!!
11:01 I like that Cloud points out the way they pronounce "du", it's accentuated and reminds me of cooking knives which is in line with the kitchen theme
"Wait, five star Michelin isn't a thing." Stays: "THAT'S THE POINT!!!!"
I have never once listened to a stray kids song, even if I’d heard it a million times before, and not ride the hype every single time with the same energy as I did the first time I heard the song.
This is the best thing I’ve seen today. Perfectly summarizes Stays feelings towards this song...and Stray Kids 😭. I’m sure this made Chan’s day too.
Y’all don’t know how many times I repeat skz reactions, I feel proud every time someone gets excited listening to their songs for the first time!!!!
Hi, Chan just said he saw this video and felt so proud and happy♡ Stay show some love for our leader boy.
This video felt like a breath of fresh air. I needed it. Thank you so much ❣️
Honestly I am so glad this was called "construction music", as someone who usually listened to mostly heavy metal previous to getting into Kpop, this was recommended to me and I love it!
