  • Join me for a 30 minute full body mat pilates stretch routine perfect for stiff muscles and joints. This workout will focus on increasing flexibility and lowering stress levels through a guided pilates stretch workout. I will show you how to get the best out of each stretch according to your ability, working through the body from top to toe leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready for your day. Stretching and releasing muscles is vital for everyone whether you are very sporty, just getting into exercise or a weekly exerciser. The session will be suitable for all levels and you will be encouraged to take the stretches at the pace and level that works best for you. This is an ideal active recovery session as well as perfect for managing lower back pain and many other aches and pains caused by a tense, overstressed body and, or mind. It is also suitable for people with living with arthritis as stretching is known to both help relieve pain and boost mood.     Lovely start to the morning. The bonus was during stretching on the floor in my bedroom i looked up into the tree outside and saw a tawny frogmouth sitting on a nest. Its made my day.

    Really enjoyed- actually had to wait until after work - time zones - so necessary after a long day - sitting on bumm at the desk all day - slept so well too 🙏🏼🫶🏻

    Thank you Rachel! This is Elin from Durban South Africa. Today is Jan 4th. Have been following you for a while now and have finally joined you for a workout. Feeling great, very doable, especially not being active/exercising for 11 months. I'll do a mix every 2nd day or so. Could you recommend a session that can improve flexibility in my hips please.

    I've been practicing pilates with you for 3 years, but I still don't know what you mean by a 'nice stretch'. Is it on the edge of pain? Also , what do you mean by a 'connection'? I'm sure I'm in a better condition now than I would have been without pilates.Keep up the good work.
