    Just so you know, I had quite bad backpain during this video and was on a lot of pain killers, so I apologize for mumbling a lot!

    The real deal. Thanks Braeden for the definitive guide to fitting 37’s. Too much cutting for me so I’m sticking with 35’s

    Gorgeous! The big tires with minimum / no lift look has always appealed to me more than having a truck jacked up towards the sky. More functional too, especially with IFS. The aesthetic of stuffing the wheel well with as much tire as possible is just 👌

    • @OverlandOutfitters
      @OverlandOutfitters  2 роки тому +1

      That's my style as well! I will be lifting the truck slightly, just 1" in the front, and nothing in the rear pretty soon. Stock there is about 2.5" of rake, and I want to have 1.5" of rake, as I do still load up the truck a lot for work.

      @@OverlandOutfitters I'm doing the same thing, but thinking of reducing rake by putting a spring under kit in the rear instead of lifting the front haha. Thanks again for the vid

    • @MrRpozi
      @MrRpozi 2 роки тому

      Which lift are you doing for that 1” front. That’s what I’m looking at as well.

    • @OverlandOutfitters
      @OverlandOutfitters  2 роки тому +2

      @@MrRpozi The suspension I ended up with has a minimum lift height of 2" in the front unless I swap the coils, but the 2" lift ended up being decent, but I did have to lift the back as well to get some rake back. There will be a video coming out eventually covering all of it!

    wow the 0 offset does not look like it pokes out too much, considering the stock trd wheels are 60 positive offset , thanks for sharing, I am considering 37s on stock suspension then later a leveling kit.

    can i get 37's on my gen 3 tundra pro, using all stock suspension??

      You’ll need a BMC it’s doable I’m considering it on my 2024 Pro with Wescott designs collar lift.

    Hey just curious what kind of space was between the tire and UCAs? I may have miss it in the video.

    • @OverlandOutfitters
      @OverlandOutfitters  2 роки тому

      There's plenty of space with this wheel setup, 1.5" or so.

    What is the maximum tire size you can use with the 18” original rims with no lift? Looking for options with the OEM rims.

    • @OverlandOutfitters

      I'm happy with 0. I definitely wouldn't go negative on the new tundra. A little positive would get the wheel in line with the fender instead of the poke

    Looks awesome, but I’d rather have gone with 35” tires if I didn’t have to run spacers to loose 1” of travel, or how about a solid axle swap?

    This is how Tacomas should come off the showroom! What gears went into this? Next is to get rid of that gas guzzling V-6 and put in a more fuel efficient hemi, these larger tires will require more hp, I’d bet money that a hemi would be more fuel efficient than the Toyota V-6
