Henry! you are awesome! thanks for being a non-sleepy paced teacher and jam packing this video with so much info, you are the biggest help for tomorrow
A nicely done teaching video. Congratulations. At 17:33 you mention Intrarenal branch artery RI of > 0.80 as an indirect sign of main renal artery stenosis. I would expect low RI with tardus parvus waveforms... something on so around 0.50. Pls explain.
Henry only saw this video recently. Great presentation. 1 question though, if a patient has more than one renal artery is it possible to have a stenosis that can result into hemodynamic significance??
Hello. Very nice videos, I like yours lecture :) I have a question. Are you sure, that intrarenal RI > 0,8 is one of criteria of RAS? I thought, that RI should going down, below normal. Greetings :)
You're right an indirect sign is decreased RI in the interlobar renal arteries 5 RI of >0.8 has been suggested as an indicator of poor therapeutic response to revascu- larization treatment
I always take a cineloop with colour Doppler of the renal arteries proving without a doubt no obvious stenosis seen.. Just in case images are suboptimal.
Hi.. is it healthy to have double renal artery? Please I need an answer..I had an anatomy ultrasound for my fetus last week and the tech told me that my baby has two vessels in one kidney.
The best Renal doppler video. I have been looking for a video like this for the past few weeks. It was very helpful for me, thanks sooo much!
