GE really proved us wrong. Although they still made some basic mistakes and were sloppy in their defensive retakes, it was definitely a huge improvement compared to the match against ZETA. BENKAI and blazeking's hero play also definitely saved the team.
As for BLEED... it's really a mystery. Why did you put YAY in charge of viper? Not only that, but he seemed passive overall and really lost his way. It's a shame because looking forward to it.

YAY is extremely passive, same style as when he was on disguised. people need to come to terms with the fact that players have improved and have better and faster peaks so yay's calm aim style of tapping heads that slow peak him is gone. the role of a duelist was better perfomed by polvi and daeryon, yay's jett showed that. regardless i think yay should put work into the sentinel role, i saw so many mistakes on viper and on jett. his style suits a sentinel which currently the roles are filled so bleed will drop him eventually, and his career will slump unless he picks up roles like tenz and demon1

The diffirence about normal team and paperrex is every teammate in prx will change the style to comfort the new player but here we know that bleed cant do the same as prx

An amazing play both by GES and Bleed tbh, Egoist winning that round on Split at 8-3 definitely got everyone silent, there are some rough areas in GES, but they have improved a lot from last year, it was a close match, but they proved themselves, getting Polvi and Russ was the best decision they made so far, even LightningFast did a decent job too, overall rooting for GES to qualify for VCT this year

A lot of people were upset when C9 released him too early after last year's Lock/in tournament, but after watching this match, Understood. He's definitely a problem.
Not sure what bleed is cooking but spending a million dollars on yay and putting him on flex is absurd, especially that chamber is somehow back in the meta and yet they put yay on viper/skye.

Tbh i am happy that GE won but you can't deny the fact that they could've ended the game on Icebox or on Split when the score was 10-5 but they threw many rounds in both of the maps , Still Kudos to GE

He didn't. He had positive KD decent FK/FD ratio which means he did his job as jett perfectly. His rating was low (which as said by many pros and analysts is not the best way to judge the impact) but he did his job well on attack. On defense it was atrocius and painful to watch but it was much better than his viper

There are 2 reasons behind this result.
1. Bleed put Yay on Viper. Idk why ! But it seemed ridiculous. He could've got away with Omen and Harbor... Cause both are aggressive and have lots of mobility in their kit. Maybe Sscary wasn't comfortable in Viper so Yay had to fill but that's also stupid. You should make plays according to your arsenal. No wonder Yay flopped. In Icebox he wasn't as decisive as before couple of missed shots, bad decision making if not GE threw 4-5 rounds that would've been over in Icebox. Also Bleed didn't fully utilized Harbor's cascade. It's bad tactics from Bleed
2. GE got really deciplined in their plays. They threw 3 rounds in Sunset. 4 rounds in Icebox with unnecessary push. Polvi needs to be calmed so that he doesn't die while pushing with op in hand. In Icebox GE needs to work on B retake. Lightningfast has to work on playmaking- asking abilities and stuff before peeks. In Split I can't say more they were equally strong but needs to work on postplant on B site as they threw 2-3 rounds there.

I love yay, but even with his weird agent pool it feels like his aim isn't like when he was on Optic, he seems to be spraying a lot more, he needs to find his cool , calm and collected aim back, the aim that made him el diablo

Its just confidence issue guys, i guarantee you that if yay gets back his confidence, he will be good (above average) again. Currently, he is bad (i love you yay but i have to say that). Yay at his prime wouldn't crouch spray like he does now. Its just a solid proof that he doesn't trust his own ability of tapping heads anymore.

Good game for GE. They looked a lot better than they did yesterday, but they still need to improve if they wanna reach play ins.
Bleed looked clueless on all 3 maps. Egoist was the only one who was consistent. Deryeon was good with the Awp shots, but sScary and Yay had a really bad day for their standard. They need to figure out their roles, or they might end up being another team with superb talent, but no results, like GE in 2023.
I think ge in 2023 lacks psychiatrist and some good strats only otherwise they were so good

Yay needs to play raze and become their main duelist. The map comp has changed and he can't rely on jett/chamber anymore. Even Deryeon learned how to play raze even when he didn't play that agent before. He doesn't adapt to the agent pool and now Bleed are paying for that. 😢

He is not set up by the team anymore, he does not pick up operators in the split. He barely even picked up the sheriff in the eco round
What's incredibly concerning is his lack of understanding of Viper as an agent. Anchoring in mid is absolutely awful, with mistimed molly, predictable spam, and no amount of smart timing or bothering the enemy team that improves it and is undermined by passivity. was. It's pretty noticeable that YAY is uncomfortable with the roles he's had to adopt on this team, and he's been pushed into a myriad of roles that he doesn't quite understand, with fewer agents fitting his playstyle. A player who is famous for his stability in the game, where he does not understand what role he is playing and does not even apply his own personal flair. I don't know what BLEED's game plan is, but he definitely looks like he's not adjusting well.

The sole reason for that is his fundamentals and understanding of the game
Now things have changed in the past year Yay has gone through some terrible experiences and has gone through depression it’s hard to bounce back from that

Not everyone can masterclass all agents even if they do there is no guarantee that they can perform to their best on that agent because sometimes they are not just that comfortable on it
People who play flex have an agent pool which they are comfortable on

Not to take too much credit away from GE, but Bleed looked absolutely awful at points in this game. The roles are so weird and it never felt like they were comfortable on that last map. Very disappointing

Ge definitely played better than ever their strats are almost on point but players are doing some silly mistakes that's it and sometimes whiffing that's it I don't see any other problem and this is definitely a huge improvement in 1 day so who knows what's ge cooking
