It can't be fixed, when you switch to music mode for better sound quality then the audio codec changes to AAC which gives better quality. On the other hand SBC codec gives low latency which is used when you switch to gaming mode. If you want quality then you'll see some latency, if you want low latency then you'll get lower audio quality.
