I think people should be helped to understand what a DNA test is. In simple terms, they should be told what DNA is, what is being tested and the process of the test. There seems to be some misunderstanding amongst some women who seem to think the test is a game of chance. Clarity is needed.

It’s not culture it’s responsibility. You have a baby you take care of your baby. During pregnancy the mom is carrying and the father helps with pregnancy bills. Saying stay home is involving the girls parents who weren’t there when the child was made. It’s more reasonable to reimburse after the baby is born than to involve people who weren’t there. If the girls are sleeping around then boys shd stop sleeping with them too. Because as long as you sleep around a baby is possible. If she is allowed to stay home it’s a favor not an obligation. Cz what you are saying is similar to saying have a culture to arrrest all neighbors if there is a child in that area not going to school because they must all pay the child fee if parent can’t. You are proposing obligating third parties in situations which they are not involved in.
