Oh my gosh no one has ever told me that the heat is what makes sublimation brighter! I just wish it would be a bit brighter then what have been getting. I do DTF on my shirts to get that really bright look. But on pens it stays muted.
Hey there! My best advice is to start with a good resolution photo and only size down once you import it. If you have an iPhone it should start with a good resolution. Don't text it to yourself because that can sometimes reduce/compress the resolution. If you're using a Mac computer to edit your design, airdrop it to yourself. I hope that helps and I hope you make lovely tumblers! Thanks for crafting with me! 🩷
Hey there Siddeequh! Yes. You can sublimate photos onto a frosted glass tumbler. (I've never done photos of people, but I've dont patterns.) I like the PYD brand. I have a little video that can help you: ua-cam.com/video/7BlXh5TQCB4/v-deo.html Thanks so much for crafting and happy sublimating!
Hi Latasha! I have the Epson EcoTank 2800. If you're in the market I would check all the sites for the best price. These are the retailers that I've found usually have the best prices: ⭐ Amazon - amzn.to/3ZZLcUY ⭐ Walmart - bit.ly/42seu0e ⭐ Target - bit.ly/3JSm3Gf ⭐ Best Buy - bit.ly/3lrrqme Thanks so much for crafting with me! 🩷
Hey Ashelon! I go through sizing in the video, using the template, but of course it also depends on your tumbler. For my skinny tumbler, if I use a fabric ruler to measure, it's 9.25" around (horizontal), by 8" tall (vertical). I hope that helps. Happy sublimating! 🩷
Hey Linda! I started with the free version and uploaded several, but that has been some time ago. I have the paid version now so I'm not sure. 😬 Thanks so much for crafting with me! 💕
Thanks so much for crafting with me! Make sure you're selecting "Best" quality from your printer's dialog box to get PHOTO quality prints for your sublimation. 💕
Hey Tess! If you mean the app that I used to pull the design together, that is Canva: partner.canva.com/c/3294628/619765/10068 Thanks so much for crafting with me! 💕
It's really easy Debbie! This video shows you from the homepage in and it's a free app. :) ua-cam.com/video/ZvvPu9Tfd58/v-deo.html Thanks so much for watching and happy crafting! 💕
How do you move the template like that?
Hey Krystal! Move the template? Do you mean the photos inside the template? Thanks for crafting with me!

Thanks so much for crafting with me Sandy! Glad you like the tumblers! 🩷
How do you avoid distortion of a photo on a tumbler?

Is it possible to do this on a Frosted glass tumbler?

Do you have to have a computer/laptop or is there a machine that prints images ?
I use my computer to set things up in Canva and then print to my sublimation printer. Thanks so much for crafting with me! 💕
What's the width & height, please?
Hey Ashelon! I go through sizing in the video, using the template, but of course it also depends on your tumbler. For my skinny tumbler, if I use a fabric ruler to measure, it's 9.25" around (horizontal), by 8" tall (vertical). I hope that helps. Happy sublimating! 🩷
Don’t you have to have the expensive version of canva to add more than one image? I have canva and I cannot
Upload more than one image
